Just over the bridge from Surfers Paradise, thus you can easily walk over to the strip.
Communication with Jane was easy, quick and efficient.
I stayed for 2 weeks and appreciated having laundry available. Though, very good internet strength was confined to the kitchen area. Otherwise, all was amazing!

Very comfortable and quiet location. We were travelling for a sports tournament and the apartment was perfect, with a good kitchenette and washing machine also. Easy walk to beach and shops, and very helpful management. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again!

This resort apartment was perfect for us. We were there for 9 days. We had a washing machine and dryer, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, towels, a kitchen with all the utensils, crockery, tea, coffee, sugar and a balcony to sit on that overlooked the pool area. Then add in Jane and her willingness to help us on a weekend and you have a perfect place, within walking distance to Surfers Paradise. Thank you Jane ❤️

I chose to stay away from the crazy that is Surfers Central, and this was perfect. Short walk to everything, and even a small group of shops nearby. It was clean and comfortable. It was well equipped for a serviced apartment. Small tip though is to supply salt and pepper. Who wants to buy that for a short stay. I would definitely stay again but not in that particular room. As it was near the pool and the entry to other apartments l had to keep the shutters (which gave great privacy) on the patio shut for most of the time. The only other thing was that even though there was an overhead fan in the bedroom, it did not operational. Overall good value fir the money.

There were cockroaches in our apartment (we found 3) I have photos for $250 per night plus for for some nights, this doesn’t seem reasonable. I would like a part refund

The place would be nice if they did some work on maintaining it.
The cold tap in the bathroom basin didn't work and the towel rail was only connected by one screw so unusable. The ceiling in the bathroom was also covered in mould.
The air conditioner appeated to be about 20 years old and held together by sticky tape. It was noisy and not very cold unfortunately.
I was working on the Gold Coast for a week and it definitely wasn't worth the money. I wouldn't recommend staying there until the place is renovated or sold.

Rooms are very small, in particular the bathroom, where the door can't be closed or opened very easily. Toilet seat cover wouldn't stay up as it was supposed to. The wifi reception was dismal. One of the overhead lights didn't work since the lamp was blown. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Brilliant location, walking distance to central Surfers Paradise hot spots, no more than 10 minutes walk to the beach! Slightly older building but facilities are great, excellent security and secure parking. Very clean and nicely maintained, pool and BBQ area fantastic, new furnishings in the rooms, plenty of kitchenette facilities in the rooms, air con was invaluable.

The resort location and free parking are the major advantages, but the overall facilities are old and definitely need a renovation to maintain it status.

A property away from the main buzz but quiet, comfortable but some attention to in room facilities needed. I found it quite serviceable for a quiet place to stay. Ideal for a person who may have to have a short working spell there but the reliability of and ability to connect to the Free WiFi is an area where some modifications should be made. Air Con, cooking facilities, fridge and furnishings are all included but one sofa is in need of replacement.

This is my second stay at this place. The location is very convenient. It’s close enough to everything on offer in Surfers Paradise but in a quiet street. Easy check in and friendly service. The free parking is great if you’re driving. Would definitely stay here again.

We didn’t like the mould in the bathroom/laundry area.
We didn’t like old stains on the mattress cover or crumbs between the mattress and the base of the bed.
We didn’t like the lounge room curtains which were thread bare and hung on curtain rails which were detached from the wall. The dining room curtains were hung on a bowed rail.
The patio had dry leaves and a palm frond on the cement and needed a good clean up.
We left this property after one night and found other accomodation. As it was the weekend the office staff in reception was unavailable from 4pm Saturday until 10am Sunday. We received considerate help from the young lady at reception when we reported to her Sunday morning and after she had inspected the apartment with my wife she too was appalled and reported the condition of the apartment to the owner

The property could be smelt before even entering the room. The musty smell was overpowering once in the room. The carpet was stained and dirty , the bedding was ancient and looked dirty and the bed was hard as a rock.When management was contacted they stated to open the windows . THEY WERE ALREADY OPEN . The room was inhabitable and also being an asthmatic , it was impossible to stay there.Expedia advised to book another room elsewhere and due to Karana refusing to refund money , we ended up paying for 2 sets of accommodation. Would never recommend this to anyone.

My fault for not reading the fine print when I booked cos the room had no air conditioning (that’s because it was less than $100.). So you get what you pay for. Good location- close to Cavill St and most of all - Free Parking.
