It will be great if the hotel notify the customer at checkin that their will be no hot water availabile in the room and will be alot of noise for construction work worse experience.

Beautiful apartment, modern Hampton decor. Amazing panoramic views. Construction on building and around building was a bit noisy and inconvenient. Otherwise a lovely stay.

An excellent property and great location. Very central. Apartment was clean and tidy with no clutter. Management and staff were exceptionally helpful and very accommodating. A definite must on your next trip.

Place was being fully renovated, which Was a constant daily occurrence and found out via a note slipped under the door daily. Was not advertised before or during booking.

Great views if you get the nicer rooms. Unfortunately there were tiny ants in the bathroom as well as in the kitchen which crawled over to our food stuff in the kitchen and toiletries in the bathroom. After hours checkin was a bit of a pain to get sorted noting that they wanted another holding deposit over phone while we wait for the building access. Other than that, it was great.

A very suitable location, close to our wedding ceremony/ wedding reception location at the Southport Yacht Club. We enjoyed our beautifully refurbished two bedroom apartment on the 23rd floor. So clean, so much space, filled with sunlight and amazing views of the surf beach.

Our family stayed at Xanadu for 3 weeks while moving our son to Australia. This was a beautiful property. Our 2 bedroom unit had an amazing view of the ocean with a huge balcony to enjoy the view. The place was furnished and supplied with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The bedding was comfortable. The facility had a great pool which we enjoyed and was across the street from Main Beach and the great walking path along the beach. There were many good restaurants a couple of blocks away on Tedder Avenue and the surrounding area was very quiet and safe. We would not hesitate to stay again.

The apartment is very spacious and have all the facilities needed. It was squeaky clean. The reception downstairs were very helpful and friendly.
Beach is walking distance from the apartment and shops and restaurants also in walking distance.

The view was unexpected, a lot of the time you see the promo picks and are let down this was not the case here. Plenty of positives over all only negatives are procedural I think the length of stay for a room to be maintained is a little long, should be reduced to 4 nights and the reception could work longer hours. These are trivial in some ways but it really would improve the stay. In peak times I think I. Apartment food options would be a massive improvement we stayed at a single room 160 per night motel on the way home that had a buffet breakfast and restaurant, a place like this you kind of expect some kind of option.

We have stayed here four times. Our previous visits were without problem. After checkout we received a call accusing us of using the second bedroom in our apartment, advising that we would be charged for cleaning. We did not use that room. Left us feeling uncomfortable with our visit. Something went wrong from their end and we were blamed. After two phone conversations with the managers I felt that they still did not believe us but would cover the cleaning cost. There was no apology or concession that they may have been in the wrong. We are very disappointed and will not stay here again. If you book one bedroom make sure that the second bedroom is locked or has been checked clean.

The staff is wonderful, the suites are large with big decks and well fitted out. We stayed in 2 different units both with fabulous views and enjoyed the pools as we have in our previous stays. For us the location is perfect - our favorite beach, Tedder Street and a quieter residential area. This trip in particular we appreciated the management helping us to extend and then change again our stay. We look forward to our future return. The staff always had a smile ready - one of our favorite places.

We were on the 11th floor, the balcony and bedroom views of Main Beach and surrounds were terrific. The apartment was very light and spacious ( much larger in square footage than many of the others we checked out) the bathroom was large with a nice deep bath, and the kitchen had everything you could want ( except a proper coffee machine - plungers are so nineties!) 😉.
The aircon worked well, the bed was comfortable, there was loads of wardrobe space, we cooked our own meals some nights and used the provided washing machine and dryer, so really, a home away from home! Didn’t get time to use the pool and spa, but it looked inviting. It was up the relatively quiet and peaceful end of Surfers, a stroll to the beach, and there were many nice eateries in Tedder Street. Free WiFi and personal, undercover parking space makes it a real Xanadu!

We had a lovely apartment with gorgeous views. This resort is clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. I would highly recommend staying here as it is in a lovely safe area, close to lovely shops, cafes and restaurants

Enjoyed our stay and really liked the position of Xanadu. The room was very clean and the view was amazing. Staff were friendly and service was great.

Our stay at Xanadu was good. The two apartment we rented was clean and well maintained. The only issue I saw was the bathrooms had no exhaust, which was a bit strange, a hot shower would fog all the mirror and leave the place stuffy.

It is a nice property that is quiet and most neighbors are retiree condo owners. It isn’t as must of a hotel as a condo type hotel which was fine. The apartments are very spacious with nice big kitchens.
