We had a great stay, the rooms were excellent and very stylish. The bathroom and shower especially were amazing. The staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. We would certainly stay here again!

Newly renovated room, stylish, free parking BUT poor sleep as only 1 pillow per person and tv was broken

On arrival staff were very polite and friendly. Explained where the room was and how we could book meals in the restaurant. We went for parkrun on Saturday and the Big Half on Sunday. Managed to get brunch on Saturday, which was so good! Excellent stay here. Free parking and delicious meals. Comfy rooms with a well-stocked mini bar. Would definitely stay again!!

Went as staying for a party nearby

We were fortunate enough to be able to check in early, this was a huge bonus for us as we were going to Wembley & knew we wouldn't be back until late. We stayed in a twin room in the additional hotel building, behind the pub. The room itself was gorgeous, lots of attention to detail, everything was immaculate & the toiletries were beautiful. Great location, it was a 3 minute walk to the train station or a 20 ish minute walk into Twickenham. I'm not sure how many rooms they have, but it felt like a good amount of parking. If the car park had been full, I would have parked at the train station as it's £3.50 all day on Saturday's & Sunday's. Unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy the restaurant, so I can't comment on that, but it's definitely somewhere I would love to stay again!

It’s a 3 star hotel. You get exactly what you pay for. As long as you pay no more than £110 for a double room. The bar and terrace is great.

Really excellent hotel. welcome and all staff in all parts of the hotel and restaurant were friendly and warm. The room was excellent (stayed in the newer block) and was really comfortable with all the amenities you could want. Price was excellent too. Ate three times in the restaurant and bar and was really impressed.

The staffs are amazing, the breakfast is excellent, the room is big and lovely Except there are many dust on some area i have to clean it myself and the tissue went totally black, still love the other parts of the hotel

Very nice hotel.

Our room was in a new build part of the hotel . A nice room with everything one would need . The only issue we had was the noise of flushing water from the room above which was a shame . Even though I would recommend the hotel for a stay

Friendly and Professional staff (Reception and Restaurant). Very clean bathroom. Great breakfast (- good selection available). Noisy floorboards (could hear every movement from the the room above)

Really nice to find a hotel with generously sized family room with a well thought out layout. Robust bunk beds for our children rather than just a pull out as in so many places!

Excellent location with a friendly team.

An ideal location, perfectly situated next to the train station into Waterloo. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were spacious and modern.

The Park is in a very good location. The rooms we were allocated were in a separate building. The rooms and facilities appeared to be very new. A safe, stocked mini bar with fresh milk and a very nice bathroom. The main building has lots of character and the staff were friendly & professional. Ground floor rooms lacked a little natural light but there was little to criticise.
