I followed recommendations of a friend and reviews I had seen online. I was very pleased with every aspect of the hotel. The staff were accommodating and helpful. The bar was open until midnight, there is a lovely lounge in the lobby, the room was pristine and I enjoyed the breakfast. I give it A++++

This hotel is conveniently located near Heathrow Airport, making it a great place to spend the night before your flight. There is a simple bus connection to Terminal 3 or Terminal 5, which is faster and more affordable than a shuttle. The room is clean and quiet, and the bed is comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff was wonderful. I was able to book a wakeup call and taxi to the airport when I checked in for the next morning. Taxi was waiting for me when I arrived downstairs. Was only a few minute drive to the airport. The bus from the airport drops you off across the street from Hyatt Place. The bed was super comfortable, shower had great pressure and nice big towels, coffee and tea in the room. They do not have US plug adapters but do have USB. Uber Eats is not allowed to enter the hotel so if you order you have to meet them outside. I did try the restaurant and while I didnt enjoy the onion soup or sourdough appetizer, others might. The sourdough had a very smokey taste. I did enjoy the hot tea and pistachio ice cream. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and its easy to commute to and from the airport.

Terrible! No WiFi. Requested few time for help but no result. Had to visit main counter three times as phone line dead. After few requests, they change the room with no phone. Left hotel in the evening in disgust! Never expected from Hayyat 😫

All good , except the 5.95 service charfe for foid and drink, which took the enjoyment from the stay

We arrived early after travelling 18hrs on long haul flights, to be told we had to pay an exra half day to chek in early. Considering this is essentially an airport hotel , you would expect to be charged for 22 hours from your arrivel time. Neither hotels.com, or the hotel informed us of this in advance. I wont be staying with this hotel chain again.

A welcome rest after a very long journey. Easy to reach although the bus driver was no help at all. Room clean and comfy bed. Water pressure a bit low. No menu in room or any offer of room service. Lovely towels though. Tea/Coffee making facilities. Fridge in room. Staff lovely and helpful. Very convenient to airport but no noise from outside.

It was a very goog experience. Central location close to LHR. Has shuttle services to and from Airport for 6.50 e.

I've stayed at several properties near Terminal 5, all in similar price ranges and categories, but the Hyatt stands out as the best. The front desk staff was exceptional, accommodating my early check-in after my A380 decided to arrive like a Concorde—way ahead of schedule. The rooms are modern and equipped with everything a traveler needs. The Wi-Fi was lightning-fast, and the restaurant offered a variety of reasonably priced dishes. I’ll be returning.

Very clean with no signs of wear. Exceptionally comfortable beds and despite proximity to Heathrow, never heard a noise.

This is our second overnight stay at this hotel which I picked for convenience. We were very satisfied with our stay.

It was very clean and a good size. The bath towels are the biggest I've ever gotten at a hotel and they were amazing. I loved the shower products they provide as well.

I had to prove that i was a member in order to get bottle of water.

Miserable staff on check in

I believe you only stay in a hotel close to an airport when you need to fly out early in the morning, so yo get a nice rest and you don’t need to travel that much on the following morning. I had dinner at the bar of the hotel. Food was great! I asked for the check and never arrived. After waiting for 40 minutes I went to sleep. They had my room number so.. supposed they would charge it to my room… They woke me up twice for this F 20 pounds dinner!?!?! Which of course I paid at my checkout.

Hotel was fine, food / drink not cheap due its location. Parking is extra which I always think is cheeky when you're staying in the hotel, and they added a £6 service charge which was applied, apparently, for handing me a drink from the bar (!) The hotel kindly refunded this, but again, cheeky adding it to my bill. Room was fine, clean and tidy though.

It was quiet, very friendly, had an excellent restaurant, and a convenient van to the airport terminals. The bed was very comfortable too.

Stayed at the Hyatt because of its location. Staff very accommodating, hotel clean and comfortable. Minimal noise from the airport.

Good hotel for a stopover and good nights sleep. Not a lot of local facilities for aging or drinking. Breakfast is overpriced.
