I didn’t access it the instructions failed. We’d had a horrendous journey compounded by a horrendous reception

Very clean, car parking space and the cleaner was lovely.

Door to room damaged felt unsafe back door wide when we arrived didn’t know if anyone else was staying in the property so ended up putting our belongings back in the car until we returned later. Mattress on double bed very lumpy but the single was good.

They provide your clear instructions to arrive in, and also to check in as a fantastic self service.

Close to Heathrow....ish I did not enjoy the stay. However, if someone really wants to stay in a hotel and prefers to not talk to any human being. This may work out for them.

This is more like a self service Kiosk, and not a hotel. There is no staff. They send you all the information you need through Whatsapp, and you acquire the key, let yourself in, and stay there, and at no point in time do you meet a staff member. There is a lot of reading involved to follow make sure you can stay there properly. I feel empathy for anyone who does not speak english as a first language. There is also a massive list of charges that you will accrue if anything goes wrong from your end. in addition, The bed is not comfortable. On my way out I set off an alarm, I attempted to contact the owner so the alarm could be turned off, and I received a voice message saying they would not be in until 8am.

DO NOT BOOK THIS!! I was suspicious about this property when their site collected enough information from me to engage in identity theft, but I continued with the reservation because until now I’ve trusted Booking.com to vet their listed properties. My flight was cancelled after waiting for take-off for over an hour. I wrote to the premises explaining this. They wanted more and more information which I supplied including my arrival time. I was left waiting outside this block of flats in a taxi without any communication as to which flat it was or how to get in. The phone number given responds with ‘This office is closed’ Hours later, after having to find other accommodation, I asked them not to charge me as I was unable to stay due to their lack of response. To that message, they replied immediately. It was rude, and they charged me for the night.

They didn’t let me in so, it’s I guess I can’t say.

Location- which is near to airport

Parking outside, central location, clean linen and towels. Nice bathroom upstairs. Kitchen had basics available and had a fridge. Has back garden and sitting room in kitchen

Was given bedroom 1 and didn’t feel safe at all. Door has tiny bathroom door lock built into the handle and doors that anyone could get in to. Had a family staying before a flight and we’re banging bags and talking by the front door that I could hear every word of and woke me up and couldn’t get back to sleep. The beds are basic and was tossing and turning all night with a sore back.

Close to Heathrow, so good for an early or late flight, or on my case, when there was a transport strike and getting from London was difficult

The confirmation email said the room had a garden view and an electric kettle. It had neither. Nor did it have a bathroom, toilet, or TV. There was a bathroom upstairs shared by four units, with lots of hair in the sink - not ideal. There were no signs outside identifying the property and the key boxes were located down the side of the house and hard to find. I was woken late at night by guests who couldn't find the key boxes in the dark, and earlier by a guest who couldn't get the electronic door lock to work. The light in my room didn't work and I emailed the owner, but no response. With no staff on site, and bad communications, there was no one to deal with issues, and problems. Not recommended.

the door was not even a door so any one could enter! the amount of paperwork and dos and donts I had to fill in just for one night in this unsecured room is unbelievable! I think I would pay more now to stay in a proper hotel! not even a basic less than basic

The close proximity to the airport. Clean bedding and towels.

Wifi was not connecting for me, tried to reach someone to help but a solution was not reached. Would have been nice to have a tea and coffee station but I suppose for the price it can't be expected.
