Roaches in our room. Bathroom toilet water was very slow. No remote for tv

Overall the room was spacious, but it was dirty and smelled weird. The restroom floor was also dirty. The cabinets and drawers in the kitchenette were dirty and stained, not in the best condition. However, all outlets worked and we slept comfortably.

Check on was great Kee was the sweetest, got us in quick but alao giving us time to ask questions. The hotel is doing renovations but nothing to worry. Our room was nice and clean, view out our window was the parking lot wich is always a plus. Definitely always picking this hotel.

Checked in and room keys did not work. Shower pressure was horrible. Front desk mentioned the were newly renovated, but it looked run down. It used to be a nice place many years ago when it was first built.

We arrived at 3:45 to be told they needed another 30 minutes for our room. Then after an hour we went back and our room was still not ready but we were put in a similar room. The clerk said she gave us $30 off but we were still billed the same amount. Then we asked for the bedding for the pullout couch and was told they were looking for it and would let us know. We never got the bedding or even the offer of a blanket.

Check-in and check out were very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The only drawback was the air conditioner, which is extremely loud! And, the hotel overall can use some thorough cleaning, like floorboards and carpet cleaning in the hallways. And a fresh coat of paint is also due. I would stay here again, though.

Overall, the hotel was decent. We stayed in room 101 and the TV was extremely small and the beds were average comfort. My biggest negative was that the shower only got to louke warm. That was the most disappointing. Service was very good.

Just a getaway weekend, for me and my husband. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great pool and hot tub. We were able to come and go without any issue, and even took leisurely walks to Starbucks next-door. Staff was very cordial and professional. Reasonable price.

and room was very clean and looked great. Only down fall was housekeeping knocked one time and attempted to open the door, thank god we had is double locked. Gave no time to even answer the door

My reservation was cancelled when I went to check in and they did not have any room for us. No explanation or phone calls from hotel about cancellation. I ended up having to spend twice what I wanted to because of this. I am not happy at all!!!

Great to see them give a fresh look to the hotel rooms - new beds, new couches, new AC units / fresh paint in the rooms / complete make over. How fantastic is that?!

It was a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, there was still some renovating going on at the time of our stay. Parking was kind of scarce. I would like to have seen some kind of security at night in the parking lot. I saw a lot of people walking around at night in the parking lot that weren't guests of the hotel.

The hotel is going through a renovation so did not know till check in. But our room had been updated and it was nice. The parking was confusing until was told by desk clerk medical building parking lot was acceptable for guest parking. But with the towing signage new guest don't know. Rooms are large and comfortable.

The rooms were a great size and fit our family perfectly, including our doggie. The kitchenette is an added bonus. Our kids enjoyed the breakfast provided in the morning.

Have stayed at property before. Parking is extremely difficult, few handicapped are always full. The parking lot is always packed. Enjoy they have walk in showers with more than one bed. Not many properties think of handicapped people actually having families. It was somewhat of an obstacle course in the morning. They have stuff all over the place renovating. My daughter had to push things out of the way so my chair could pass. Boxes and stuff all over the place. Room's air would cool only so much and made a horribly loud noise. Just not a great stay this time around.

I like the breakfast, the genuine nature of the staff, the discounted rate and proximity to where i needed to go for this trip.. Texas Tech! Though the property was under renovation, it wasn't too overwhelming that i couldn't enjoy my time!

The breakfast was great, Kee was wonderful, and safety was excellent. The only complaint I have was the room above had a child that insisted on jumping off the bed on to the floor until 2:00am. The next night someone kept calling my room for Sharon until midnight.

The beds were hard as concrete. The staff was friendly all the time. They need a chest of drawers in the room because there is nowhere to put your clothes if you want to unpack your stuff.

So the room we got was nice. Pretty spacious but as we did our checks for any signs of bedbugs (there were none btw), we saw the sheets on the bed were too small, the couches showed age in terms of stains, and the hotel still haven't upgraded to the more common shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers on the walls.
The cleaning staff only seemed interested in replacing the towels and didn't remake the bed. The gym had good treadmills and bikes. Weight side could use some investment and the cleaning supplies were non-existent.
The front desk staff were great in getting us checked in, taking care of my card issue and check out.
Next time I'll probably pay a little more for the hotels in town but this one did it's job of giving my family a place to lay our heads for our trip.

Bed was comfy spacious room, was stocked with plenty of towels & cups for drinks/coffee, fridge worked really well only complaint was the pool area was way too hot with the water being more on the hot side the little ones thought the water was a bit warm, after being in 100+ degree weather a cool pool is needed the water was hot that there is a fountain in the area with cool water that almost every kid went & walked in it or sat in it to cool off
Pool was clean bed was comfy as were pillows we were in town over night to attend a birthday party & just chill, we didnt get up for breakfast so don't have nothing to share on that! There was also softballs tournaments so it was a full house looked like was my 2nd time staying at this location & will stay again

We stayed here because we liked it when we visited Lubbock a few years ago. However, the surrounding area is not the nice area it once was and the property itself seems old and kind of dreary. The good news is that a renovation has begun. The bed was great; I usually do not sleep good on hotel beds but I slept great here.

I booked the room for 3 nights. After gettingnup the from the 1st nights stay, we found bed bugs in the couch bed. Broken/loose tiles in the bathroom and found baby cockroaches

I stayed in the presidential suite, it was beautiful and very private. Well worth the money, definitely one of my favorite hotels.
