Great location. Loved the little sandy beach we had out the back. Beds weren’t comfortable and the third children’s bed was a fold out bed put in the lounge room

Spacious a very lovely and friendly man at reception. He was very helpful.Walking distance to everything. A comfortable and quiet unit

K resort was in a great location, nice pool and spa. Safe lockable parking and resort entry. Loved that the apartment had air con and blinds through out. Was great for a big family. Only downfall was in wasn’t very clean, mould in the drain sinks in both bathrooms, under lounges was dirty, in cupboard where bin is kept was dirty. Other then that was great

Our room was mouldy and smelt terrible. We stayed one night cancelled the other 3 night back oct 15th and are still fighting for our refund don’t stay here

The instructions to access the property didnt account for the locked reception gate. The car park was tiny, they did give us a bigger one thankfully. The showers and bathrooms were filthy mouldy with hairs stuck to the wall. The entire unit needs a massive clean.

The Place was untidy door handles falling of Requested bedside lights no one bothered to give us . Double booked the Apartment pple walked in with another key luckily we were dressed as well

Communication was amazing as we left a very expensive item behind accidentally and was able to have it sent back to us.

Place was dirty. Mould in shower. Beds you could feel the springs remote didn’t work. Couch was lumpy and uncomfortable

The property met most of our needs. Could have had a bit more cutlery and crockery for our family of 6. One drawback is that the apartment was dusty throughout-windowsills and all surfaces. Also the floor was dusty and with good crumbs under the coffee table in the lounge area. Once we cleaned it, we were quite comfortable.

Based on 3 day stay, ground level 2 room apartment. I understand this is a cheaper alternative, though the simple things make such a difference to guests. Property feels neglected, & housekeeping was very poor. Apartment was obviously only tidied, rather than cleaned between guest stays. In need of a 'Deep Detail Clean'. - ceiling fans, aircon filter, bedheads, skirtings, shelves, fixtures & fittings were all extremely dusty. - kitchen cupboards & appliances were greasy. - flooring was gritty & dirty under foot. - grout between floor tiles was black with built in grime. - window blinds were stained & moldy. - curtain rod brackets were pulling out from wall. - dishwashing liquid appeared watered down. - body wash/shampoo appeared same as dish liquid. - extremely limited kitchenware/utensils. - rain penetrated kitchen window frame & soaked benchtop & floor - garage flooded, though we were not notified. When water subsided, pools of water throughout garage & soaked stairwell floor mats remained unattended, as did the mud walked through the common stairwell. It appears the owners/managers give very little consideration to guests, as far as a 'Holiday Experience' is concerned. If rating was based on the alphabet, then K would be appropriate. In light of this, the reception staff were friendly.

Very good location. Close to the beach, Q1, supermarkets, shopping mall and restaurants. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. Some facilities need to replace or repair. Overall we had a good time while we stayed there

Property not cleaned and bathroom door are broken Never book this property again and never recommend.

Great location, good amenities, very friendly and helpful staff. We've stayed a couple of times and will stay again. Some rooms are a little dated and need minor repairs but overall tidy and quite comfortable for a family stay. Very affordable accommodation close to the attractions. We highly recommend this accommodation.

It wasn’t what we expected. The whole place is out of date, no wifi, bedding is not good, kitchenware wasn’t clean, floor was stick on arrival date, sheets and blankets was dirty, felt like it hasn’t been clean. Location was very good, that might be the only one thing we like

I liked the quiet and family style set-up. The rooms were clean and spacious. Wifi was very good. Clean, tidy and cosy. Near to major attractions and transport.

Location good, price , quiet.. steps were no fun carry suitcases up and down. But managed !!

The location was good, close to shopping and beach. But there was no elevator and 3 flights of stairs from the underground parking to our room. Also attention to detail, especially in cleanliness of the apartment would have been nice. Overall not bad but not great either.

Its not bad place to stay near the heart of surfers paradise, place is clean and quiet, but it will be good if they at least provide toilet papers, 1 roll wont last for a week lol.

Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. 10 minute walk to Cavill ave. Only issue was the ensuite had no toilet roll holder.

Nice apartments with everything you need and a spa by the river side, beautiful spot. Just far enough away from the noise of the coast yet only 400 metres to Circle on Cavill so still close to all amenities
