Great Hotel in the heart of the Market Place which is directly opposite. Good selection of restaurants on the main strip. Try Waldo’s it’s perfect for couples great food and wine selection. Lovely room spacious (307) check in was cool we had to use the scanner which gave us a key code to enter our room.
Free warm drinks at reception.
Large bed however a bit hard on the body and the pillows are awful ! Rock hard boulders that are too high to sleep on made for a bad night. Overall a great hotel just sort those bed pillows out peeps!

Great location, convenient parking, keyless entry. Room was comfortable just smelled like old building in the room. Bring a diffuser or candle.

For some reason they gave away our room stating our card was bad, but we have 2 active cards on file. She did however state they had another room available and it was right beside my daughters room…
Hmmmm? Anyway, for the short time we were in the room it was very comfy!

Spacious room. The double beds are small. Not very comfortable.

The design of the room was terrible from a privacy perspective. A bathtub in the open, with no curtain or privacy barrier. A shower in the open, without a door, that made it impossible to adjust the temperature without exposing yourself to whoever you're traveling with. Only the toilet had a door.

The room was in need of an update. The carpet was warped and stained. The shower needed a good clean as well. Many spots of the floor creaked.
If you turn the heat on, it clicks constantly.
Parking was supposed to be included in my rate, but they "didn't have any vouchers", so i just to pay directly at the lot and it cost over double what i had been quoted.
The staff was lovely, great big bathtub, and wonderful robes.

Perfect location for John Labatt as we were there for a concert . Parking is inconvenient, however now we have done it once next time will be easier.

They advertise there is a gym and restaurant. There is NO gym and NO restaurant. You have to pay for parking but you do get 1 pass from hotel that is good for overnight but you have to pay otherwise if you go out during day.
Housekeeping staff clearly there is a shortage and poor management as our room was not ready at time of check in at 3 pm. We had to wait 45 min in a very small lobby waiting for our room. Also no housekeeping in our room after our first night that was requested.

The location and style of the hotel were great. The room decor was a bit shabby, particularly one chair with torn upholstery. Beds were very comfy and the bathroom was lovely. The window overlooked an interior courtyard containing dead plants.

Very European style. Location was perfect, right near. Covent Garden and close to train. Noisy on a Saturday night but used white noise app. Would stay again!
