Helped when asked for early/ late check in and out. The server at the desk was helpful and friendly.

Everything was good but the heater didn’t work properly. We rang reception and they said they would bring a replacement but they didn’t.

Not able to establish where drop off point was, which being disabled and using a stick proved challenging. Car park associated with hotel not the easiest to find. Two of the three lifts were not working on Sunday morning and the hotel was pretty busy Fixtures in bathroom ie sink need replacing

There wasn't anything that I didn't like, room was clean, and spacious, that is to say, it was not cramped. However there was not wasn't anything extra ordinary to set it aside from other budget hotels. I would stay there again as it was value for money.

Lifts not working had to use the stairs

We stayed one night for a concert in the city centre. It’s a 5 minute walk to the centre and has all of the amenities you need. Ask for an odd numbered room on the 19th floor if you want good views.

Excellent service. The receptionist named Daniel was very welcoming and calm and helpful when I was checking in. Definitely will be coming back soon

It was my first solo hotel trip and right from the moment i got though the door i felt safe and comfortable. The receptionist was very kind and understanding and gave me plenty of time and answered all my questions, the room was spacious and comfy (apart from the couch/sofarbed) i was very happy to find out the smart tv had both youtube and Netflix and bed was very comfy. The breakfast/bar was nice and it was convenient for the bar to stay open till 1am as a night cap to a busy day. The ease to call a taxi from the hotel simply by pressing a button was very handy. If i ever end up in Birmingham i will definitely be considering this hotel, especially as its conveniently within a 10 minute wilk from stores pubs and restaurants.

Thank you to Loyal and the whole team for giving us such a warm welcome. The first room we were assigned to wasn't clean , but upon speaking to the team, Loyal swiftly got us another room and helped us to move our luggage. A bit of chaos during breakfast as there wasn't enough seating, but staff was swift to clear tables when it became available.

Had an absolute ball, both my and my friend really enjoyed our stay here only thing I will say is the parking was not easy to find and actually thought it was hidden if anything, if you stay in the hotels parking it 14.50 for 24 hours we parked in the only car park we could find with it being right next to the hotel it made sense thinking it was there car park and it cost 31 something and that’s still not bad just think there should be better directions to this hotels parking overall stay was amazing though! Would definitely stay again

Meal availability in the evenings, not advertised of times or they are available. Information about the hotel in the room wasn't available times of breakfast etc. Breakfast, options limited no yoghurts. Room small for family difficulty in getting to the window. Staff are polite.

Great location for the city centre. The room was well cleaned and in good condition. Reception staff are not very friendly but apart from that it’s a great hotel.

Adi from reception was brilliant but check out was at 11am why did housekeeping knock on my door at 9.30am wake me up and try enter the room? Absolutely ruined the trip for me - I’m sure they get given a sheet showing which rooms are occupied etc - they knocked and woke me up at 9.30am!! I didn’t answer the door when they knocked and they thought they could come in? Bad service!!

The hotel was lovely overall, but the room would have been better if the air conditioning was working and there was a distinctive smell of dust.

Was an okay stay for our overnighter. Room was clean although the aircon unit did keep making some strange noises throughout the evening/early morning, checking in was okay. Staff were friendly and attended to our needs throughout our stay. Breakfast was alright however the scrambled eggs were a tad salty for my liking.

Decent location with quiet rooms higher up. A/C a good addition as windows are sealed. Breakfast was poor quality food, restaurant too small for the size of the hotel and rude staff. If its cheap, go for it but there are better alternatives.

The room is well equipped, but the air conditioning is very noisy at night. The bed was also very hot. The breakfast is average. The rooms are soundproofed.

Everything worked well except the AC did not work. On hot days, the room being on high floor, we could not open the window. The staff wss kind. Gave us a fan but it's like circulating hot air. But we would stay again.

Good location

Double room was very spacious and bathroom very clean. Mattress was slightly uncomfortable as i could feel the springs. Price was good as includes breakfast. Lift slightly confusing. Breakfast on the day i stayed (Sunday night stay so Monday morning breakfast) was served 6.30am to 9.30am. I went down at 8.50am and it was queuing all the way back. Apparently it was extra busy that morning. They had to extend breakfast time. I waited 35 minutes. The pastries had all run out completely and some of the hot food items had run out before they were being topped up. I didnt enjoy the breakfast experience especially as the hotel is holds a large capacity of people but didnt seem to cater for that number at breakfast time.

Room and service was great! The restaurant staff kept the tables clean and food was always topped up before running out.

Initially staff were pleasant but then advised that air con wasnt working in any of the 3 rooms we booked. We were offered complimentary cold drinks from the fridge in reception. We have just had the hottesr 2 days of the year and had 2 children in our party. On the second day of our stay we were told in a very rude manner in front of a large queue of people that only the water was free and we would have to pay for the soft drinks we had taken from the fridge. We refused as that was not what we were told when we arrived.Given we had driven for over 6.5 hours due to an accident on the motorway we had booked last minute after walking out of another hotel that was unfit to stay in we had felt we had no choice but to stay here even without the air con and no opening windows but the rude manageress ruined the stay for us.

We came to Birmingham to follow the bear hunt for wild in art. The hotel was the perfect location. All staff were really friendly & hdlpful. Would definately use this hotel again.

Lovely night’s sleep on a comfy bed, lovely pillows and very large room. Spotlessly clean and a great bathroom. Discounted parking and a central location. 5* would recommend

Convenient location, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet! We had a spacious double room which was very clean. Problems with air conditioning during our stay, but fans were provided.

Check in was ok. Budget hotel with modern amenities as expected i.e. lift, towels, toiletries, full length mirror, aircon, kettle & hair dryer in room, chair plus small 1 seater sofa in room targeting business travellers rather than families. Free breakfast. What needs improvement is (1) there is no water dispenser in the lobby/reception, (2) not enough tea sugar milk in the room - I called reception twice but they didnt answer so I went down myself but they did not have any!? They eventually sent some to the room later, (3) small rooms with narrow aisles around the bed, the kettle area is so narrow that even 1 person struggles to make a coffee at a time (4) B4 parking is a street away but there is NCP parking next door?! the back entrance drop off was blocked so we had to walk back to the hotel with bags in the rain and cold?!

Excellent hotel with fantastic customer service !!! Value for money
