Bathrooms problem with plumbing need to be addressed.

I didn't like the bathroom structure specifically the shower in which water comes off the shower to the floor. Also, the plumbing from the tub kept getting clogged up. Overall the hotel was great.

This is a 3 star Hotel the room they provide us was very humid, no extractor on the bathroom when I ask if they cam move us to a nother room they wanted to charge $30 USA dollars NOT RECOMMENDED

Very clean and convenient

I’d a few quibbles with this hotel. Since I was a long stay guest - 11 nights - I asked for a quiet room. I was placed next to the elevators on the 10th floor, from which there was regular noise. Would it have been possible to place me simply at the other end of the hallway, which was quieter? The room was also difficult to get warm. I needed laundry done, just laundry - jeans, underwear, T-shirts. The service was fine if a bit pricey, and a pair of underwear were lost. Not a big deal, but wouldn’t it have been nice to at least offer a credit or a free drink or even an apology? There was no acknowledgement of my Silver Expedia status. But these are quibbles. On the plus side, the location is superb, great for walking, transit or retiro station. Lots of places to dine and drink. I used the gym several times. The breakfast is ample and varied, with plenty of breads and pastries, fresh fruit and cereals, hot dishes and great coffee! The staff are generally helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast servers, with passable English. Buenos Aires is truly the Paris of the South Atlantic and this is a fine hotel from which to explore it.

Absolutely amazing! Located in a safe area, walking distance from Florida street, pacific mall and puerto madero. Fantastic!!

I recommend this hotel investing training staff in quality customer service in adfition to investing in better detergent and bleach to whitening towels.

Staff friendly location great good value for money

Good clean rooms - 5 minutes walking distance from Florida St for shopping. All other tourist stuff is within 30 minutes walking . The fast food joint in the corner has good empanadas and pizzas , place is Kentucky.

The bathroom was not properly Cleaner. The sink had fungus and she shower was left with hairs in it.

it was a nice hotel, good size room and all the expected amenities, my only complain would be the internet. The speed was really bad.

When we first arrived to the property at 1:00am, it looked very isolated, but in the morning it was busy. I like that the property was quiet, except for one night when other guests down the hall were yelling and obviously drunk, another guest told them to be quiet. Breakfast was very basic, but filled you up. We really enjoyed our stay, but I wish they would of offered body lotion since I forgot mine. We traveled with our daughter and really appreciated we were accommodated with a room that had it's own hallway and rooms were side by side, reallyl cool and private. Rooms are very basic, and very limited with space, we were only able to hang a few things and the rest we lived out of our luggage for the duration of our trip. We would definately come back to this hotel as it was very coveniently located near Florida Street. The restaurant on the corner I believe was named El Establo? was delicious. There's also a pizza place across the street.

Great staff, good breakfast, room was comfortable although location across from elevator made it a bit noisy (avoid rooms ending in 09).

Great location, helpful staff and good breakfast

This hotel is quite dated but at a very convenient location. Elevators are very slow and small. A bit smelly at the corridors. Windows are not sound proof and very noisy at night. Construction nearby. Reception and cafe staff very friendly but mostly can’t speak English. Buffet breakfast is good.

Good location!

My friend and me, felt safe and protected . Enough space and very clean. The service excelente , and the breakfast delicious. The location in microcentro very conveniente. The only aspect I did not like, was the color black of the walls in the interior of the hotel. It is deprimen and I suggest color clear like beige or pastel green.

Nice hotel, clean, good breakfast, very well located..At this point, I would like mention the particular attention and excellent help from Nicole at the reception….from my room, I was hearing very strongly the noise coming from a defective manhole outside….I discussed about this bad situation and without hesitating whe gave me another room which was with no noise and super…her kindness and help was very much appreciate…Thanks marcel
