I was allocated Room 203 which was noisy. I requested the fromt desk and they helped me to change the room. There is no AC but the staff helped to provide a fan. Breakfast is good. Staff is very helpful. Overall good experience. Just avoid room on the road.

The room was smaller than expected and very tight with not much space to hang clothing. The bathroom was tight as well. Difficult to maneuver. The breakfast buffet was ok but limited.

It is located next to the wide road and easily accessible to the ‘Plaza de Armas’. I walked to the ‘San Pedro Market’ and post office for sending my package to my country. Staff was very kind and gentle. It provides breakfast. I feel so comfortable at this hotel.

P this property was very clean. Nice rooms. Lots of amenities. The breakfast was a actual American style buffet with different options. Hottest shower I've taken in days scalding hot had to cut on the cold water; It was so hot. Don't even think about it. Just book here.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, I was even allowed to check out a little bit later as I was leaving in the evening. Hot water and great water pressure. Walking distance to main square and close to shops and restaurants. Great night sleep.

It is a nice hotel, it's not exactly the city centre but close. It's really close to the Temple of Sun. The rooms are specious and the stuff is friendly.

The staff and service at the hotel are amazing! We felt the rooms were okay. Beds were kind of hard and you could hear a lot of sound from other rooms and the hallway

This hotel is a great value. The rooms are comfortable and sensible, with everything you need including heat radiator, safe, work desk, kettle, and sufficient noise insulation. It’s well located, right across from Qorikancha and the Museum of Textiles and five minutes walk to plaza del armas. The breakfast buffet is nice, and Joseph, Ruth, Ricardo and the rest of the team are always warm and eager to help. Will definitely recommend for your next stay in Cusco!

It needs air conditioning to be more conformable at night, no outside ventilation for fresh air is understandable due to the smoke contamination from the city, air circulation will be a plus.

I loved the ambiance of this property! It was so relaxing to be inside even though the bustle of the city was right outside. It was very close to the Plaza de Armaz and there were plenty of options if you wanted to walk or take a taxi. I do wish it had air conditioning in the rooms, but they did have a nice fan that helped circulate air. The staff were very friendly and very helpful and spoke very good English!

We were only here for one night. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Staff were friendly.

Our stay was very good. The service and food provided by the restaurant exceeded our expectations. Our only dislike for the property was the air ventilation in the room. The room was very hot and humid even with the use of the fan provided. The bathroom had no air circulation causing the room to be quite dry. Aside from that it was a nice hotel with good service and very close to the main area.

Stayed as LP Los Portales for our last two nights in Cusco. Got a fairly large, clean and quiet room at the back of the hotel. Staff were great and the free breakfast was good enough for us. It's a short walk from the main square which we actually preferred due to it's quieter location.
