Location was good, good space in my room.

Breakfast was not ready, we wait several minutes to get dishes and food, no enough personnel to attend. No place to put your wet clothes considering that there are a lot pools (thermals pools).

There were many staff on hand and all were very helpful. The room was confortable and given it was -7 degrees at night the bedding and room heating was greatly appreciated. We had both dinner and breakfat at the hotel which was very good. Dinner prices were resonable. There was little option for dinner in the town with a 7km drive was to Chivay the only other option. The hotel is well maintained. Breakfast was availably from 6am so were were able to be away early for the 45min drive to the Condor lookouts.

I really like the design of the property, it is located at Yanque wherein the plaza you can see the spectacular active volcano Sabancaya and take nice pictures. The hotel provides a nice view of the mountains with nice shades, you can see the sunrise, it's all that it counts. You have a basic breakfast and a la carte dishes for your dinner. They don't offer lunch because you have restaurants in Chivay only 8 kilometres from there, where you can visit the Mirador, the Hot Springs, and have your lunchtime there. It is all about tourism and you need to explore better with own vehicle. The hotel also has an Alpaca, so the kids can take a nice photo, and there is also a backyard you can do bonfire if you like and hammocks. I really love this place, you can always travel to Peru, and buy your own tour at the main square plaza. I do not recommend buying whole packages because you don't have the option to choose your hotel. With booking you know where to go, and sure the place will satisfy your expectations.

The Hotel should improve or update the bathrooms, and create a Spa with jacuzzi and massage services, manicure and pedicure. Other than that I am completely satisfied and the staff is welcoming and reserved.
