This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in a long time! Very clean, and up-to-date. We will definitely come back next time we travel through Lubbock.

Just ok. What seemed odd and aggravating about the stay was the fan would not turn on..The on position for room fan would not turn on..no fan in restroom. I mean seems like a small thing but when it's dead silent except noises from rooms around you it's not great..so left TV on all night.

We have stayed at this hotel before and really enjoyed it so that is why I picked it again even though it was just for the night. There were some things that needed to be fixed (button for elevator, carts for luggage) but overall, it was a great experience and a good price. Beds are comfortable and I love the ceiling fans! The potties need to be taller for tall people. Lol

The room could have been a little cleaner around the edges. Under the desk was very dusty. The entrance bench seat needed cleaning in the crevice. Lots of food crumbs. Also the toilet kept running. Had to giggle the handle with almost every flush.

We enjoyed our stay. Easy check in process. Only complaint is that the showers have very low water pressure and the water never got very hot, only warm.

The stay here was great. Everyone was very friendly. The only complaint i would make is that the entrance to the main lobby takes up a lot of space that could be used for a few handicapped parking spaces. The ones that they have are a bit to far from the door for my liking.

everything is fine except breakfast. for this nice a hotel the breakfast should be a whole lot better. the eggs are nasty and the breakfast sausage always had a burnt side to it.

I wish I could give this hotel a better rating but too many things were off during my stay. Upon my arrival I realized I received three voicemails (9am,2pm,9pm) confirming if I was coming. Only one very slow elevator worked for multiple floors and there was no indication of the second one being fixed over 4 days. Although the room was spacious, i didn’t like the fixed curtains that you could not close. Our 4 person room had 3 towels and 2 washcloths. On my last morning I was yelled at by the front receptionist “Are you checking out?” 2x times. I didn’t feel the southern hospitality with her volume or tone as I was walking through 8 other hotel guests coming in and out of the same congested entrance area. My room was already paid for and I was simply making my first luggage trip to my car.

I have stayed at this location multiple times. This was the first time i was unhappy. My sheets were stained with oily hair and ither stain. I called the office and they offered to move us to another room. We had already settled in for the night so they brought us more sheets to change the others.

Overall stay was great. I usually stay down the street for double the price. The elevators take forever here. Had to use the stairs a few times. I think it’s because of the hotel cleaning staff using them. They need more than one person working the breakfast area. Ran out of stuff and no one to refil before 10AM. People above us had kids running both mornings but we didn’t call. Nice clean pool area and room so it did the job!

My biggest complaint is there was blood or a stain on the sheets, which made me wonder if they had been washed. The breakfast was not that good, and I found a long syrand of black/brown hair in my eggs. The bisquits were like rock, and hard to chew. Very limited on choices.

Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and up to date. I’ve never been at a hotel with a ceiling fan but it was wonderful as I sleep at home with the ceiling fan on . It allowed me to get the temperature just right, and felt like home. The lighting was great in the bathroom. The hotel is close to Texas Tech campus and right off the main highway. I highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here on our trip from Utah back to Texas. It was my first time to stay in Lubbock. The hotel was amazing compared to the two hotels we stayed in the previous two nights. We got in late and left early so we didn’t get to take advantage of any of the hotel amenities. The guy at the front desk was very nice and it was an easy check in. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.
