Clean, comfy, great AC, friendly staff, husband liked the breakfast. HUGE bathroom. We drove in at 2 in the morning and the check-in guy was super kind and friendly. He is wasted on the night shift! Maid had forgotten to put towels/ washcloths in the room. Went out to ask the front desk guy for some and he remembered my name and got me a pre-prepared bag with a complete towel set inside.

The room seemed like it was quickly cleaned and not replenished with towels and soap the floors had some debris on them and the hallways were very dirty floors

Wish i could add pictures…my room had someone old food in the fridge and a sock on the chair. My shower handle seemed dirty made me think my room wasn’t actually cleaned…

I came here for pre-op for Lubbock Heart Hospital. Thinking it was only bloodwork and I was going to have time to come before check out time at 11. Well it was a variety of ultrasounds, x-rays and bloodwork. They were so understanding and let me check out at 1 pm with a fee of only $25. I absolutely love this place and their customer service. I have stayed at many different hotels when I come to Lubbock and this one tops them all! Good job guys.

So.. showed up and politely asked if I could check-in at 13:30.. the place was empty. I was told that my room was ready, but I’d need to pay an early-check-in fee.. I declined. 30-minutes later, I checked in.. discovered we had no towels, no shampoo or conditioner, no body wash, and the refrigerator was broken. I got new towels, but ended up going to Walmart for shampoo and body wash. … add in the powdered eggs, lack of fruit, horrible coffee, and packet oatmeal at breakfast.. meh.. it just isn’t worth anywhere near what I paid.

It was an ok stay. The pillows were smaller than a standard size pillow which was odd and uncomfortable. The sink plug was stuck in the closed position so I had to remove it to be able use the sink. The AC on the floor we were on must have been off or broken as it was pretty warm around the mid 80s though the AC worked in room. Mostly, just an ok stay and probably wont go back.

I booked a room for 6 of us. Myself, husband, and kids. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable and in poor conditions. The 2 nights I stayed there my restroom sink was clogged and no one ever checked it. The first night there were no essentials (soap, shampoo, etc.). Also, the next day when I asked for towels housekeeping only brought in 1 big towel and 1 of each of the smaller ones, so I just ended up using my own. However, the young girl I spoke at the front desk was very friendly, respectful, and empathetic. I really did appreciate her sincere apology.

The room was great, but there were no towels until we asked, no daily cleaning unless asked for, the conditioner and soap were empty, and they knocked on our door on our 2nd of 3 prepaid days asking why we were still in the room.

Comfortable room, good price, great location, and easy to get to. The breakfast was awesome!!

Very nice property. Our bathroom was just dirty and the 4th floor qas so hot. Other than that, staff was amazing and breakfast was great

Overall a great stay just little things that could use attention. The shampoo and body wash were empty. Not enough towels and had to ask for extra toilet paper.

Both room and common areas are in need of a good cleaning and just some attention to detail. For example; no soap in bathroom during entire stay.

The hotel was convenient to everything, the room was clean. We had a double bed (4) people in the room and was only given 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. Recommendation: accommodate the number of guests staying in the room. Like some other people noted the walls are really thin, the bed was as hard as a brick, and the breakfast was just cereal, pastry's, juice, milk, coffee. We felt safe and was only here for 1 night. I would recommend if someone was looking to stay close to the college for move in/out.

Our stay was fine. The biggest issues was not having enough towels and in our bathroom the toilet was wobbly. The staff was friendly and were trying the best to accommodate.

When we arrived there was a homeless person sitting out front. I went Inside to get my room key and it took over 30 minutes even though I had checked in online. I was running late And when I got to my car there was an 18 wheeler blocking all of the cars in the parking lot in. I went inside to let the manager know and she said that he would move it when he was done, he insisted that he move it immediately because I had somewhere to be. When we got back into our room and pulled back the sheets there were several large stains. We went and told the front desk man who was eating at the time, he let us know that he gets paid to eat and that would be in our room soon. When he looked at the sheets he said, “ These are just stains, all the sheets have them.” Insisted he put sheets on the did not have stains. After he left we realized he hung up all the stained sheets in the bathroom and left them. There were small roaches crawling out of the sink the whole stay, other guests hair in the drain of the bathtub, the pool was DISGUSTING and breakfast was atrocious.

Thermostat in the room wasn’t working properly but the front desk worker had someone fix it immediately. Sliding door to the bathroom didn’t slide smoothly. Minor inconveniences. Overall good place to stay.

Hotel overall was clean. Room was clean. The shower had poor water pressure and the beds felt like you were sleeping on a hard floor or concrete. Pillows were about the same. Won’t be staying there again.

The room was fine. The bed was comfortable. The climate control had been turned off so the room was very hot when I got there and took a while to cool off. The breakfast was very sub-par. The food quality was low, there weren't many condiment options that might have helped (like hot sauce for the dry eggs), the dining area was messy and there were no napkins. When asked the staff checked and said they were out.
