This cozy home was perfect for our party of 5. So close to the beach, a beautiful neighborhood and a lovely house with all the amenities. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a very happy stay!
Everything was comfy and clean. the living/dining/kitchen area was just right for cooking together and hanging out. We enjoyed the pretty pool/spa/patio in front and the lovely deck/yard in back. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet, close to stores/restaurants/Wind and Sea Beach We enjoyed walking to the beach in the mornings and walking back to sit on the rocks/beach for sunset in evenings.
Everything we needed and so convenient!

This was a fantastic property for a family looking to spend time in the San Diego area. Equipped with a pool and hot tub, the property was perfect for some relaxation. The house was incredibly clean and well maintained. The owners were also very responsive when we messaged them. Highly recommend!

Location is great. House is great. We had a snare up with the door code when checking in. It was hard to reach the property manager. This created unwelcome stress at check in. Everything was fixed in the end.

We love this home. This was our fourth visit to Palmas at Escape and we will return! The only recommendation I have is to PLEASE update the living room furnishings. A second couch or love seat is really needed for family comfort. A replacement area rug would also be ideal and an inexpensive upgrade.

Absolutely amazing vacation, start to finish. The house has a beautiful pool and hot tub in the front, and a patio in the back that overlooks a beautiful garden. The inside of the house is beautifully decorated, light and airy. The kitchen has all the amenities. The bathrooms are fully stocked with everything you need. We were there with 2 families (4 kids, 4 adults) and we didn’t feel cramped at all. When you walk out the door, you can access Windandsea Beach (2 easy blocks) and several other beaches are a 5-10 minute stroll away. You also have easy access to bars and restaurants in La Jolla. Finally, when we had minor maintenance issues or questions, the owners were responsive, helpful and kind. We really can’t recommend this place highly enough.

My family and I loved staying at Las Palmas Escape for our trip to the San Diego area. We were there for a week to visit family and this house could not have fit our needs any better. The pictures were spot on with what we experience. The house was the perfect size for two families (4 adults and 3 kids). It was clean and spacious and the pool was just the right size. The location was also spot on being just over a block to the beach. We've already discussed coming back and staying here again in a couple of years. If I was going to have any compliant, I do think there could have been a slightly better supply of paper products, but again this is nitpicking. I'll also say, the communication with the rental company was fantastic and made the experience that much better.

Have used VRBO multiple times in the past with no problems but had a reservation at Las Palamas Escape that was cancelled by the host 2 days before arrival. Not ideal.

Wonderful stay. Gma & sister had their own room and I was able to share a room with my YA daughters. Perfect walkable neighborhood for the beach and amenities. My 89 yo mom really enjoyed the deck and landscaping.
