This house is perfect for a small group. Very clean and well kept. Host replied almost immediately with any questions. Overall great place to stay.

House was clean and had all amenities we needed. Location was further from downtown Hampton than we hoped for but only a five minute drive to get there

House was clean and well decorated. Neighborhood had lots of kids going to school in the morning. Security cams and lightijg at night made you feel safe in an unfamiliar area. Beds were comfy and overall a cozy house for 3-4 people max. Any more than that may get a little too crowded with a single bathroom.

The property was very clean and had all the necessities and more! Really enjoyed sitting on the front porch and loved the location which was close to everything. The owner allowed my guest and I to check in a little early which was a lifesaver! Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Spacious, super-equipped, clean and nicely decorated vacation home in a central location to do excursions to all the things in the area (Historic Triangle, Buckroe Beach, Fort Monroe, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, ...) and when you return from that excursion, this home feels really like home. With the smart-home control you can expect the rooms to have the perfect temperature after a hot(cold day out. Washing your clothes? No problem, all is provided. Doing some board games in the evening? Games and a decent sitting area are waiting for you. We really enjoyed our stay here. David was a phantastic host answering all our questions really quickly and also provided some items we missed. You might find vacation rentals in the Hampton Roads area for a few bucks less, but trust me - we compared a lot of them before booking and this vacation home is worth every penny as it offers more than the usual 2 beds, a small kitchen and a shower. If you looking for more than just a space to spend the night, this is where you should go.

Great vacation location ideal. Enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood. Cleanliness of the house and convenience. We all had a great time. Enjoyed the beach and eateries. Thanks for a well spent vacation.

Very well kept. It suited all my needs. Was able to have son stay with me while i was there as his base was close.

The place is very clean and beautifully decorated. very quiet neighborhood and overall had a great time. the owners were always available to answer any questions. very thankful to have stayed in such a nice place.

Excellent location and value.

Owner communicated often prior to the stay keeping me posted with the upcoming stay. Full kitchen with Keurig, full size fridge, full-size stove with oven, full bath. Washer and dryer with detergent, and dryer sheets. Toieltries if you forget any small items. Fire TVs in living room and bedrooms, Wi-fi and more. Dining table for 6 sofa with chaise. Plenty of restaurants and stores within 15 minutes.

Had a nice time staying here. Lots to do around the area too.

Perfect for the four of us! Had the weather cooperated I know we would have fully utilized the outdoor set up.

I really enjoy the cleanliness and organization in the house. We had what we needed. There were very clear check in-out instructions. The children enjoyed the board games “thank you”. I just would like to offer a suggestion. As there is no closet in the main room, some hooks behind the door will help.

We have no complaints. The property was clean and cozy.
