It was all very clean, and the lovely cleaner helped me take my heavy luggage up the stairs when we were leaving. Good location!

One thing that’s easily fixable is that there was only one power point in the room we stayed in (room 4). We were able to charge our phones there which was fine but it just meant that both the lamps, the kettle, and the TV were basically decoration. Maybe you guys could buy some longer extension cords and power boards so everything can be plugged in 😊 The wifi also cut out a few times which was our only way of being in contact with people/getting around so that was a bit of a nuisance. Although as soon as we were connected to wifi at a cafe and could message the owners they fixed it straight away. Unfortunately the walls and floors are so thin at the property that we could hear all of the other guests every time they moved or spoke in their rooms, or opened or closed doors, or walked around the house, so being in the bottom room of the house it was quite noisy. Sorry I couldn’t leave a nicer review!

Friendly and helpful host, room was available early. The house is a bit old but clean enough. The room quiet with a view on the garden. The location is nice if you like to stay in a non touristic part, with some nice shops and restaurants around the corner, we liked it very much!

It feels a bit like a student house, the shared bathroom and toilet are old and narrow, it’s okay but a bit overpriced for what it is. Also the quality of the bed could be better.

Everything good in all respects the owner is a very pleasent and helpful person hope to stay again.

Clean, spacious and quiet

The stay was great they let us check in early for no extra charge and were really friendly

The floorboards were so creaky we were wary of waking people up. We couldn’t step anywhere in the room without it being super loud. Also our room was on the front so it wasn’t optional To have the window open but there was no fan in the room and it was very hot

The room is as it is in the photos, very clean and organised. Thoughtful provisions of tea, coffee etc. in the rooms, with access to a shared kitchen with full functionality. Nicely decorated throughout - even the corridors outside the room. The host accommodated giving me the key much earlier in the day since I would have been arriving very late in the evening. I very much appreciated the extra effort.

The host is a true gentleman and nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation is very well-stocked and comfortable.

I knew that the bathrooms and kitchen was shared before I stayed but I wasn’t that keen as I’m getting on a bit and like my privacy.
