The house is even prettier than the pictures depict. They think of all the little things, especially in the kitchen. We all know a lot of places don’t pay close attention to kitchen utensils, appliances, etc… but this place had it all! Through and through, they thought of and prepared for every small detail, and they were as great as the rest of this house! Can’t recommend it enough, and look forward to coming back!

This was the perfect accommodations for our family D.C. trip. It had everything we needed. The place was spacious and easily accommodated the six of us. The outdoor space was a great plus. The special touches throughout the house were a great perk. The hosts were accessible and very responsive.

Our family of six stayed here and this home had everything we needed to feel at home. The little touches were great. The third floor bedroom was very warm and the skylight windows didn’t have screens which really hindered the kids ability to get some fresh air up there. The cleanliness was good. It was so wonderful to have the space for everyone and the hosts were extremely helpful. Around the front door needs attention as trash had compiled in the leaves. Overall a beautiful home and would for sure stay again!

Five of us collected in Alexandria to celebrate a birthday. This house hosted us perfectly: the bedrooms, spread out over the upper two floors (each with private bathroom), offered quiet for those who wanted to go to bed before the night was over, the living area is warm and cozy (real fire place) for hanging out, and the kitchen and grill are kitted out and ready to cook a meal. The beds are VERY comfortable--the most comfortable I have experienced in a VRBO. Plus there are two deep bathtubs in the house. Check in could not have been easier, and the (offsite) hosts were attentive and responsive. Will definitely be booking this home again next time we are in town. Thank you!

This property was well located for us. It’s in a quiet area and we had plenty of space to relax. Gotta like stairs as there are three floors!

This is one of the best VRBO locations. The home is built and decorated with guests in mind. The home is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were comfy and the each bedroom had a full bathroom connected to them. This allow for guests to truly gave their own space and then shared common areas. There are lots of boutique diners and shops within a two-block radius. The hosts were nice and prompt to respond. I would 100% recommend for a weekend stay.

The floor plan is ideal. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (and a half-bath on the main floor). The design works great for family gatherings because there is ample space for privacy and to relax. The home is conveniently located with easy access to necessities (grocery stores, gas station, pharmacies, etc.) and just a short drive to Old Town. The owners are a pleasure and are extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

This townhouse served as a great place to stay for our visit to Washington DC. The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. It is located on a busy street but the public transportation in Alexandria was easy and free to go to old town Alexandria or to a metro station for the ride into DC. The property owners/managers were at all times very helpful, communicative. When we had questions, they were generous with helpful details and prompt to answer. I would definitely stay there again if traveling to the area with a group. There was initially a problem with scheduling with Vrbo, but Collin and Laurie were very helpful to make it work for us. Our group of friends stayed here for a couple nights for a wedding in town, and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The hosts were incredibly responsive, professional, and kind in their communications, and we were very grateful to have stayed in their home. The amenities were luxurious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and accessing the house for check-in and check-out was very straightforward. Thank you for a great stay!

A group of 7 friends stayed in this great townhouse for a week. It was super clean and in an excellent location to access all that Alexandria and Washington DC have to offer. It is in a quiet neighborhood near a number of restaurants and shopping, and only minutes from Old Town Alexandria. Everything we could have needed for our stay was provided by our host.

The property was very clean and nice. Comfortable bedrooms, all well maintained. Great space for a family to spread out. And with summer heat and humidity, the AC was welcome and performed flawlessly. Easy to get to Alexandria Olde Town, and Metro access to get into the city. My only criticism, which is more of a suggestion, would be to look at upgrading the pans in the kitchen. A non-stick skillet would be a nice addition.

The townhouse was perfect! 4 adults 3 kids. The air conditioner rocked! It is possible to get to DC using public transportation.
