Really loved the stay here. Location couldn't be any better. Close to everything in Old town and the trails around. The host was super communicative and I had no questions at all throughout the process. I didn't quite figure out how to best work the AC- only request is maybe a few instructions on that to make sure the guest can keep the room as cool/warm as they want. I found it a bit on the warmer side even though it was showing 61 degrees. Other than that it was fantastic.

The apartment is perfect for a business stay with all the required facilities - fast wifi, comfortable bedroom / lounge, table area with good light and decent coffee machine! 10-15 mins walk from Trader Joes or Wholefoods, similar distance to the river front and lots of restaurants near by - but not so close to be noisy. The only downside is the apartment is close to a relatively busy road and at the weekend it can be a bit noisy so worth taking ear plugs. After the first night (Friday) I got used to it. Host was very communicative and responsive.

Cut short our stay due to the very high level of traffic noise outside the apartment windows all day and night.

We had a wonderful weekend staying in this apartment. The location is absolutely perfect if you're looking to spend time in Alexandria, DC and surrounding areas. We were able to very easily walk around the Old Town area as well as to and from the Metro to get into the city. Parking was even easier than expected. The apartment itself is perfect for a 1 or 2 person stay for the weekend or longer - cozy but spacious enough for comfort. Plus the bed was super comfy! Everything was very clean and communication from the host was excellent. I would absolutely book here again if we are heading back to the area as it met our needs perfectly. Thank you!

Great location in Old Town. Makes for an easy walk to the waterfront and all the great restaurants Old Town has to offer. Easy walk from the Metro as well. The apartment was super clean, modern (in an old space), and well provisioned.

The apartment was a little smaller than expected but it was big enough for my husband and I. I had a bit of a hard time getting the heater going because I am not familiar with split AC (the temp was 40⁰) so I messaged the owner and I got an immediate response with a instructional video. After the apartment warmed up, it was so cozy I didn't want to leave!
