Location in Aziziyya was good and transport plus parking around the hotel was plenty.

1. Although we arrived at 3am the room wasnt ready and we had to wait before a room was arranged. 2. At the time of checking in the receptionist asked to see the booking.com price and said he had to add the taxes and payment was paid by my credit card. However, at the checking out stage 3 days later, the lady receptionist asked for an additional payment of 8 Saudi riyals. I wasn't happy with this. 3. The room cards door-entry wasn't working and they tried to fix it but they provided a key to use instead of the cards. 4. The room was classified as deluxe or twin bedroom. i wasn't happy with its size and especially the toilet bathroom that was so small. 5. The room as well as the toilet bathroom was dirty. No room service ever came to ask for any cleaning or bed sheets changing. 6. In the booking.com hotel information they had stated that breakfast is set at 70sr per person and dinner at 50sr. However, when i asked them, they said food services are only for group bookings. Parking floors in the basement were found but the receptionist said parking is only on the surrounding streets.

عدم تجاوب عمال النظافة وهذا من سوء الإدارة 4 أيام لم يتم نظافة الغرفة رغم إني وضعت ملصق النظافة على الباب وكلمة عمال النظافة ولم يتم التجاوب مساحة الغرف صغيره لا يوجد مواقف للسيارات الأسعار مرتفعة نوعاً ما

Merci bcp l’hôtel est propre et proches d’un arrêt de bus qui ramène au Haram, le personnel est très sympathique et on m’a remboursé la dernière nuit car j’ai du quitter avant la fin du séjour prévu. Merci bcp

La navette au haram n’était pas journalière, de jeudi à samedi et que pour la prière de fajr et de maghreb m. Point à améliorer

we don’t like this hotel first time I book and stay such type of hotel. very very bad experience with this hotel. no room clean very dirty and we call many time to reception and visit also but no come and when he was come the time is 12 O clock in night. and many more things about this hotel. i would nọt preferred this hotel to anyone. moreover I booked 3 bed room as per availability so I asked kindly give me king size bed but they refuse and give me two single bed bedroom and bed was very small in size and she didn’t tell me she change my room to three bed to two bed. so I asked again change my room as per my booking.

Nothing. Very bad experience

Poor customer relationship. I booked this hotel only because they were serving breakfast. I asked at check-in about timing of breakfast but came to know that only dinner is available during Ramadan. I told the receptionist that I intended to book for breakfast upon which she told me that I can get refund upon checkout. While at checkout another receptionist told me that I cannot get the refund. I left unhappy wondering of misguidance during the whole process. I never ate but had to pay the full amount:(

No experience in hospitality There is too much dust in the room, not clean, and curtains are not effective to prevent sunlight If you arrive earl, you can't check in and if you checked out and asked for an extension of a few hours, the same When I asked to have 4 hours from 7 till 11 AM as I've a flight, they were not flexible , they needed to charge me full night
