The community there is quite and private, large house with lots of space to accommodate our gang of friends

Good facilities but tired after years of using. The swimming pool is dirty on the day we visit, WiFi also not in service

Cleaners doesn't finish their work on time, when checked in still in cleaning process The private pool need to fill in the water by myself, and the paip for filling is slow, it took me till midnight only can fill in half of the pool size Some facilities didn't charge full on the battery

Its CLEAN, but the Air-Cond, Bed Frame and some conners are DUSTY The Aircond need service and very dusty. Auto Gate cannot lock fully, not fully safe....and the key between the kitchen and dinning room no key, if accidently lock...Room to improvement

The location is excellent, the Villa was supposed to be excellent and quiet.

Cleanless is just not in their vocabulary, or are doing it intentionally. Everything from the hygiene and cleanless is just not fit for human. The ceiling fans are full of dust, perhaps never cleaned since construction. Insects (I dont know what are called) are stuck on the walls all over the places. Linens are dirty perhaps not changed after the previous guest left. Heavy moulds are in toilets. WC covers of the master bathroom peeled off. Leaking marks in the roof of master bedroom toilet. Holes in few doors, as if someone was playing kick boxing. Karaoke system is not working or difficult to use. Cups and plates are plastic types, cheap quality, the types used in prison. Walls are full of marks, some can easily be removed by a dump towel. So many essentials are missing in the kitchen. There are quite a few of previous quests who scored this property 10/10, I just don't seem to understand how could someone give that score. The Villa is absolutely SUPERB, but not properly maintained. Its just a no go place for me.

The where 4 rooms.

The whole house was very dirty, the pool was not clean as well. Towels were very old and all the beds and sheets smelt like mold. The dart board had no useable darts, pool table was too noisy to use, and the karaoke was impossible to use. The PS4 worked fine, but the first floor tv was not a smart tv and we could not use it for Netflix or such.

Walking distance to food stall, fast food , cafe convenience mart , spa & Ferringhi beach.Love the pvt , quiet but safe road vicinity. Also the Coway hot/cold water provided , karaoke area , Billard table & inflatable pool.

Didn’t feel welcome as though place not ready for chk in. Pool halfway filled wz punctured hose &running tap that wet the pool area. Pee stains on two of toilet seats. Mattress lying around in rooms spoilt the room set up. One of mic weak battery & broken darts .Also the Self chk in where the addn deposit to be transferred online. Wud be nice if there’s a rep to chk & show us around and collect dep at same time.

Cleanliness was great very well maintained by staff
