Local sans fenêtre, environnement tres bruyant (autres personnes hébergées dans l'appartement). Peu entretenu et pas des plus propres.

Очень вежливый хозяин, всегда во всём помогал. Очень приятный человек, рад был с ним познакомиться! Замечательное соотношение цена-качество. За такую цену в Абу-Даби номер с двуспальной кроватью не найти, только если комната в хостеле на 8 человек. Для тех, кто любит Лакшери и All Inclusive наверно не сильно понравится маленький номер с общей кухней, ванной и туалетом, но для тех, кому важнее путешествия и эмоции от новых мест, а не лежание в номере – вариант идеальный! Хорошее расположение: на первом этаже дома Spar, в 10-15 минутах ходьбы автовокзал, откуда можно уехать в аэропорт, в соседнем доме аптека, остановка общественного транспорта прямо у дома, в пешей доступности Al Wahda Moll, в котором есть замечательный продуктовый гипермаркет LuLu

Непросто найти здание, зная лишь адрес. Вывесок нет, какой вам нужен этаж – неясно, отдельные комнаты не пронумерованы, но если заранее списаться с хозяином – он всё подробно объяснит и пришлёт фото, так что проблем возникнуть не должно. Будте готовы подойти к незнакомцу и попросить поделиться Wi-Fi, чтобы написать хозяину, что вы на месте)

المكان غير نظيف الغرف صغيره جداً و توجد حشرات في السرير و كان الحجز ينتهي الساعه 6 مساءً و لكن الموظف قام بطردنا اختي في غيابي قبل الموعد و هددني بالرغم من انني كنت ارغب في تمديد مده بقائي لليله لظرف طارئ لا انصح بالمكان

The wifi is the only good thing about this place

The adress is wrong. We have been trying to find the place for an hour and asked people on the street. We didn't even get a text with the right instructions. Eventually someone else called for us, because we couldn't call with a different SIM. Then we found out the location was completely somewhere else. When we finally arrived there the staff told us that it was our fault for not being able to call. Then the room was really small, but that's fine I guess for the price. But the walls are so thin. I could hear someone untie their shoes in the room next to us. In the night someone next to us snored so loud and in the other room they kept listening to music and sing along. This is the worst place I have ever stayed in.

Was perfect for what we needed. One night due to long layover. Great value for money. Comfy bed and pillows. Good shower (shared) and kitchen. Really close to a good mall, the airport bus stop and good value for food restaurants

It was dirt cheap.

Location shared is in the middle of the intersection, I had to figure out the photos sent to find the exact location. Apartment was shared with another tenant. Apartment was still being cleaned when we arrived, shower room was shared with other tenants, showerhead is broken, room was reaking of cigarette smoke. Kitchen was reaking of cigarette smoke. Agent did not inform us properly regarding parking rules regarding designating parking space for residents only from 9pm to 8am; my car and that of my friend was towed, we payed more than twice the amount we paid for the three rooms. We wasted three hours to retrieve our cars. When we asked for assistance, agent who leased the room told us off and did not come to help us and blamed us for not reading the parking signs, which he did not explain properly. For those who want dirt cheap, literally dirty and cheap rooms with unhelpful agent this is very higly recommended. For Booking.com, please remove this from your list. They are leasing very dirty rooms with misleading photos and location. Agent is not helpful at all you feel very stupid having booked their room in the first place. This apartment is a scam. The rating should be black hole.👎👎👎

No dan bien la ubicación, llegue después de preguntar en un supermercado y al recibirme me dicen que ahí estaba lleno y me mandaron a otra locación, tuve que pagar de nuevo un taxi. No te dicen ni en qué piso es ni nada, muy mala comunicación. El baño es muy sucio, la cama muy incómoda, el aire acondicionado está súper fuerte. No lo recomiendo, es mejor pagar un poco más en otro lugar

Dirtiness, cockroaches, and a disgusting balcony occupied by pigeons. I complained about it and the answer was " don't open the balcony, that is outside, it doesn't belong to us ..." And yes it is the balcony of the room...

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación de buses y parade de trasporte

Los baños siempre estaban mojados porque hay fugas por todos lados.

Seconds from supermarkets, restaurants, minutes walking from exhange, malls, public busses to city attractions, airport bus, intercity bus to Dubai, Ajman Al Ain...

Building is old, can use kitchen, but local restaurants are better coice on the corner toward the Al Wahda Mall for shawarma, falafel sandwiches or chai karak, falooda sweet. Rooms are small, no wardrobes or hangers.Toilets are clean, and rustic old which gives you another look.

Przeogromne ilości grzyba na ścianach, suficie, wszędzie w łazience. Obrzydliwe warunki nawet jak na tani hostel- nie spotkałam się jeszcze z czymś aż tak złym. Wyszłam 5 minut po wejściu, powiedziałam gospodarzowi, że nie jestem w stanie tu zostać przez grzyb i duszący zapach wilgoci. Wziął klucze i powiedział, ze zwróci mi pieniądze za pokój, gdy wyślę prośbę o anulowanie- oczywiście ja odrzucił i zaczął bombardować mnie wiadomościami na whatsapp sugerując, ze oczekiwałam jacuzzi i luksusu za tą cenę.

Good location, main bus station is 10 minutes walk, mall is 5 mins, equipped kitchen, soap and toilet paper on place, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, a lot of different shelves in the room, the room is locked with key, big soft towel is provided, huge refrigerator, washing machine, elevator, different shops and restaurants downstairs

Tiny room, in fact it is a part of the bigger room that was separated with thin wall, though the window is tiny and covered with dark paper so there is no view outside. I was lucky there was no neighbor, the bathroom sink leaks, no shower curtain so the water floods the floor, but there is a drain, so not a big problem, I personally didn't like the quality of bed linen and the smell of it

I had the room with a window and I really liked that the bed was so high that I could see a part of the city from it, including the Etihad Towers in the distance. The bed was otherwise comfortable and the room was really nice. The flat itself, although not brand new, is modern with all the amenities you need. The internet connection was also excellent. The location is convenient, as it is near the main bus station and most buses go through it. Abu Dhabi is very spread out so wherever you stay some attractions will be far, but from here I could easily reach everything. There is a supermarket right in the building, plus other shops nearby, and many restaurants offering all kind of cuisine. It was a great base to explore Abu Dhabi, for a great price, I definitely would stay there again.

There were some minor things, like the water was dripping on the bathroom floor, or the AC couldn't be controlled individually, but none of these bothered me.

Polite and very fast responding host, great location, great price-quality ratio. The room was exactly as advertised and was very clean.

We checked others' reviews and went to exactly the place of address on booking.com. That was a residential apartment. Then we didn't know which room we should go??? nothing... A residence of that apartment helped me to find out the other place. It was the wrong address. So we went to others. There are no signs, and it is not possible to find the place again. We went to the shopping mall, got wifi, and then finally got details from the owner. It was already 9 pm. We just stayed a night for transit, so we didn't get a sim card. (Download the map before we go） That was the worst experience. We can't understand why the owner didn't give us the room number or how to get into the apartment when we booked. We were exhausted to walk around, go and back... It is not the facility for people staying overnight, having rest. The room was divided with thin walls, so all sounds, voice from the next room, came through to our room.

Once I arrived I needed to wait in front of the apartment gate It seems awkward as we travel and tired at least someone must be there on the building enterance to welcome us as soon as we reach.
