This property exceeded our expectations the view and private beach were spectacular. The house had everything we needed and more. The owners really thought of everything, the worst part was having to leave!

We really enjoyed our stay! So much thought has been put into enjoying this property. There were plenty of water toys (kayaks, paddle boards, floats) available to keep everyone entertained on the water. Inside every item you could think of was available! We could not have asked for a better place to kick back and relax with pier family.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Golden View! The Lelands have a beautiful home on the most amazing property. They have thought of everything down the the smallest detail. The amenities are top notch! We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, trapping crabs, and collecting oysters! The private beach was an added bonus and I enjoyed laying out and watching our kids play! We will definitely be coming back!!

This property was the perfect relaxing getaway for the entire family. It was secluded and peaceful the entire time. The house was fully stocked with plenty of things to do for the kids. Everyone enjoyed staying here and did not want to leave. Will definitely come back again soon!

A group of friends and I stayed here for the 4th of July weekend. The property looked even better in person and that’s saying something. We found it spacious and accommodating for all 15 of us. This is definitely a location I would return to. I highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing weekend on the water!

We had the most amazing time at Golden View! The entire trip we were all just amazed at the property and house. Inside, all the furniture was very comfortable and clean and the decor was very beautifully done. Plenty of space for everyone! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. We appreciated all the “extra touches” the owners put into making our stay comfortable - the complimentary K-cups, the personal fans in every room, the Alexa guide and echos, the medicine box, and more. It truly felt like a resort stay. Outside, the property has it all within a few steps. Swings for the kids, a WONDERFUL sandy beach for swimming, a fire pit and dock for crabbing and fishing. However, our favorite part was the deck and sitting out there together as a family and talking and laughing and reminiscing. The views cannot be beat. The grounds were well taken care of and very clean. The owners were very easily accessible and answered all our questions promptly. They have truly made this house feel homey and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back!
