Clean and convenient.

Everything was great! The one bedroom room was very spacious! Would have been nice if the salt and pepper shakers had salt and pepper in them.

It was a fabulous hotel. Everything was immaculate. Upon check-in, we were greeted by Chris, fabulous, as well. I am definitely going to look for these hotels where ever I travel.

I don't usually stay in suites but Home 2 has changed my mind for the future.

Loved these rooms. Perfect for our business trip. Fridge for drinks and left overs. Silverware and plates. Nice breakfast selection. Pool. All the things. They didnt give me and fight over my esa dog

Convenience to all

Good parking, limited breakfast options, not worth the price, furniture looks cobbled together, sheets smelled dirty.

Very friendly staff. Quick service, comfortable bed and nice size bathroom. The breakfast needs a little work.

This was one of the best experiences I've had, and I travel a lot. I want to start by saying Michelle at the front desk was wonderful and welcoming. The hotel has a wonderful smell and everything was clean. My room was spacious, clean, and smelled good. You are in walking distance to restaurants and other stores. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Richmond.

The Home 2 Suites hotel I stayed at in Richmond was really nice! Super friendly staff, excellent, clean hotel. Good condition. I had a king size room, and it felt comfortable and spacious. The stay came with breakfast. My only critique is for the breakfast- maybe less processed egg sandwiches and hash browns. But there were fruit and porridge options. Plenty of tea and coffee plus a kitchen in the room.

Exactly what we needed. It’s like a little apartment inside!

Got stuck on the elevator

The hotel itself is nice . It’s clean and rooms are spacious . The walls and floors however are extremely thin. You can hear everything . I could hear every step of the people above me . It sounded like a heard of elephants at 6 am.

My stay at this hotel was one of my best ever and I have been traveling for many years with work and family vacations! I did not want to leave! I highly recommend this hotel! Hoping to stay again soon! Althea Burnett

We checked in at night and was having a few problems with the check in process, the night clerk Keonna was patient and amazing her customer service was superb,she offered us a cart to carry our things to our room and even engaged in conversation with our 10month old son, she knew we had our hands full and went the extra mile to make us feel at home!!! the showers and cleanliness for the price we paid was amazing. Breakfast was delicious my husband and I are chefs and for the price we paid for the room, breakfast was definitely a 7 1/2 the breakfast bar set up was great and the options were just as good, good job to the people who made the omelets. Overall we will be staying here again for events or maybe and anniversary. My favorite part about our room was when we walked in the tv had “WELCOME JASMINE” it doesn’t get any better then that!!!! Manager is racist and wouldn’t allow me to stay. She stole from me. Refused to refund me to this day, even though I did not stay at the hotel. Almost 300 taken from me and I never was allowed to even check in.

Good location, spacious rooms, and clean! Perfect place to stay for soccer tournaments as it has a kitchen area and full fridge.

Although the hotel is 4 months old they didn’t miss a step or mark! The comfort level was excellent the customer service at the front desk. Excellent everything was so perfect. Even the price. My boyfriend was so impressed he wanted to live there. The shower felt like you were showering and a waterfall. Recommended. Highly recommended. Can’t wait to go back.

Clean spacious room, good breakfast buffet. Great location. The front desk lady went out of her way finding us camomile tea packets when we asked for them. Definitely will be staying there again
