Even with rain and equipment issues, little details were always taken care of. Always a fresh coffee bar set up ready to serve 24-7. Anything we asked about, they usually offered the next level up as well as meeting the basic request. That made me realize they were trained in hospitality.

Every site runs the risk of something breaking down. Because they were on top of things, they could respond to issues without falling behind. They worked really well together, with professionalism. That is refreshing to find today.

Comfortable beds

I could see the pool from my window and it was disgusting dirty. If the pool is not open it should definitely have a cover. The bathroom shower gel container was completely empty.

The staff was very nice and made sure if I needed anything they were there. Sure enough they were.

The room was nice. Sofa bed could be more comfortable. Staff was friendly. We did not eat breakfast there. Happy they allowed our dog to stay too.

Breakfast finished earlier that other Hampton’s on our trip, so missed it. Ten minutes late and they just said it has ended. Very blunt.

breakfast was good. staff was extremely friendly. Every single staff person i encountered was genuinely happy and nice and talked to my kids and made their stay better in my opinion. my kids speak and say hi to everyone and some people just ignore or say hi. everyone kinda had little conversations with them for instance when i was checking in or at breakfast or even just in lobby. made the boys feel important.

honestly nothing comes to mind. they did run out of waffle mix at 8:30/9 for breakfast but i don’t like asking for things so there was plenty that i could choose from. every time i turned the corner i saw a guy coming and refilling so they were definitely attending the buffet, i even left some trash like at the edge and i had to go around the side to drop off the stuff in my hands to my son and not even a minute went by and i remembered and went to grab it and they’d already come and picked it up. it was clean and everything was stocked. they’d have known about waffle batter if i said something or some one else did but it wasn’t the hugest deal to me so i didn’t ask.

It was quiet and convenient.

Room smelled like mold, turns out floor very close one of the bed was moist. Instead of swapping us rooms they gave us spray. Checked out a day early because if that and was never refunded for that day. Only one washer room area, they had no quarters. Pool floor had sharp points.

I didn’t like how the staff would smoke outside the main entrance and you would walk through the area to enter. Happened on multiple occasions.

Staff barely spoke to me when checking in/out and when requesting linens. They gave my room/reservation to someone else and when I went to check in it said I’d already checked in. I couldn’t connect to WiFi for awhile because system reflected unknown person who took my reservation. Sheets didn’t fit beds. Closet door was stuck shut. Hotel was loud with very rude/rowdy guests.

Location of hotel was great. Felt a little outdated.

The breakfast wasn’t so great. Needed better offerings.
