Unsafe, rooms are not in good condition, poor maintenance. Unsafe for children. Paint on the Walls, where we were staying was chipping and cracking. water in the bathroom tub doesn’t drain, refrigerator doesn’t work. We had to chang in to another room but there’s no water pressure in the shower is low on the other room No clean towels. We requested for non- smoking but the room we were given smelled cigarette.Bedsheets have stains. Overall poor maintenance plumbing issues and unfriendly management.

This hotel was tired and worn. Nothing in our room was cleaned other then bedsheets changed and towels replaced. The telephone had dust on that looked like it had not been cleaned in months. No USB ports anywhere. The television was old with no streaming capabilities. Hallway tables were dusty and garbage never removed. One food bag sat there for 3 days!!! It was difficult to get out of parking because room key was not working. Had to go back into desk to get bar code to open gate. Room service options were not good. Very disappointed in this stay! Nothing good. Front desk staff was great upon arrival but did not answer the phones when calling for information. Ice machines were often not working or empty.

This is a conference center so immediate area is businesses relating to industry. Was surprised that there were no USB ports in the room for charging devices. The Market did not have any cubes or cords for sale, which would be super helpful. Staff excellent, restaurant and bar area also very good.

I have been a customer of this hotel for almost 20 years and recently deteriorated fast. Yod do not have even bottled water in the room on day one and I asked for it I was told to get it from vending machine, you have the option of charging us but having a coffee machine with coffee asking as to go to vending machine to get water unheard of ina 4th star hotel

Plan to be charged for everything this hotel does not come with parking, breakfast which is 25$ a person and pet fees. One of the worst nicer hotels iv been too you would think a HILTON would come with atleast free breakfast and parking

Not once they came to clean my room ,i called because there was no iron in the room and someone to come and clean the room ,never got anyone

Comfortable bedding. What I don’t like is there was no brush and toothpaste in the bathroom and when I asked for it they said “you need to come and get it from the front desk”

Upon arrival great customer service we were late checking in but Receptionist (the only good one) did excellent job We were unable to see same customer service agent again and service went down The next night shift customer service was bad and also morning after we wanted to Extend. A night …unfortunately we got very cold indifference face (specially one who checked us out) May be we booked through Expedia? Don’t know? Breakfast was excellent servers were great food was good Guy on Bell captain was excellent actually two different people very welcoming So in staff service survey hard to mix rest of the staff ratings with bad response that will damage others reputation This is second time staying in this hotel Love it still will go hoping some training on reception desk provided not All but few
