I opened this property in 1996 and have not been back in many years. I was so impressed with how wonderful the property looked. It looked up to date and was clean. The front desk staff there when we checked in were wonderful.

My stay was satisfactory, however, the television was inoperable throughout my visit, and the beds emitted an unpleasant odor. Aside from these issues, the stay was otherwise positive.

NICE Hotel for the Price. Breakfast though is probably 1 of the Worst i've had at a Hampton inn though & Elevator Seems to be from the the Mid 80's!!

Great Stay for $90 0r Less on Weekends/$85 or Less weekdays. Breakfast at this Location just wasn't that Good compared to the 2 Locations at Cumberland Mall. ONLY 1/ONE Elevator Working for 8 Floors & that 1 was Slow!!!

Unfortunately, the hotel had no hot water on the second day of my stay, which meant I couldn't shower before I left for a full day of work. And they lied about it, saying other hotels in the area were having that problem. I called and they weren't. It was strictly their issue. They were instructing their employees to lie to guests. Very poor form.

Lorain at the front desk ruined the experience at this hotel. She was nonchalant, smart & made petty jokes.
After checking in we went to our room to find out she put us in a double full instead of a king that we booked. We then had to go back downstairs to confront her about it & she told us she put us in that room because they were sold out of kings instead of kicking us out the hotel entirely…. Then after smiling and laughing, she said “am I mad” as she laughed. As if something was funny about almost kicking us out or being mad that we got the wrong room. Mind you she did not mention the fact they were sold out of king beds when we checked in so the going back & forth could’ve been avoided if she did tell us but nevertheless I will not be booking this hotel specifically because of her again in the future.

Unfortunately the air unit didnt work correctly. It was hot and miserable most of the night. Front desk offered to moved us again but it was late and we had to get up early for my daughter's doctor appointment.

Ok. Great beds. Quiet. Clean guest room and bathroom. Some dings in woodwork. Insufficient electrical plugs near beds. Seems was very nice years ago but a bit shabby now. One elevator out of service. Button to call the other fractured. Dirt in corners of public spaces. Needs investment. Breakfast didn’t have hot foods normally provided—likely a staffing issue. Price was good and location is excellent.

It was average. The service at the front desk was good. It appeared they didn't have enough workers to help with breakfast. It was too long of a wait for food and coffee so we went somewhere else. The rooms looked smaller than usual with all the furniture packed in. Check out was smooth.

We enjoyed the room and the location was great. The gym was locked and the staff said the lock was broken and it was unavailable. The breakfast was the usual great fare of choices however the attendant seemed bothered by his job and was rude to some guests. He also delayed refilling items intentionally even when politely asked. Overall the room and location were great.

The hotel is in a great place. Externally, it looks great. They need to update the insides (the rooms, the halls, etc...) it's overdue. Elevator button was all but broken and elevator is very old.

Staff was awesome! There were a few parties in front of us that were being rude and very disrespectful. Yet the staff remained calm and at ease. I had booked two rooms and they were thrilled when I told them we didn't need to be next to each other or even on the same floor! Two of the other parties had issues with that. Anyways, I will be back again!

It took someone fifteen minutes to show up at the front desk when I arrived and that is only because another employee hunted her down for me. The breakfast is terrible so don't rely on that as your morning meal. Other than that the stay was fine. Clean and convenient.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel Fixed the non-working fridge in less than 24 hours. Great view of the King and Queen building. Location was perfect for getting around the perimeter and Buckhead areas. Disappointed that breakfast did not start until 7AM. Only one ice machine for an eight story hotel.
