The food was excellent, the staff was extremely accommodating and kind, and they ensured we got where we needed to be promptly.

The a/c for the room did not work. Every time I contacted the front desk about the problem (a total of five times) they would send someone from maintenance to reset a breaker. The a/c unit would run and cool for a few minutes then shut down again. The temperature in the room was 78 degrees. It was cooler in the hall than our room. When I asked for a new room, I was told there were none available. At about 2:00am my wife and I had enough and checked out of the hotel. We were told by the front desk that there was nothing further they could do. So I payed for a stay in a room that was uninhabitable.

We arrived at the hotel at 1pm to see if the room was available yet which it wasn’t and the front desk said it would be available at 3pm, which no biggie we were just seeing if it was available early. After sitting in the lobby and seeing people who arrived after us get their room, we started to get very annoyed. We went to the desk multiple times and they still kept saying it wasn’t ready yet. At 6pm, I went back up and it still wasn’t ready so I ended up asking if there were any other room options since I had originally booked a room with 2 queen beds. We were able to change to a king with a pullout couch. Thankfully I asked because we had an event that evening which we ended up being late to. After this incident the rest of the stay was fine.

The stay at the hotel was amazing. The staff I encountered were very accommodating. I needed accesible rooms and the front dest attendant made it possible that they were reserved for me. The food and atmosphere was great. This will be my go-to hotel when visiting Ohio.

The Courtyard by Marriott by the Colbus Airport offered me a quiet, comfortable stay. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower was great. We enjoyed a quick check-in, but left before breakfast was served at 7:00 am. My only complaint was that the pillows were to soft and flat for my preferences.

We reserved this hotel because we thought we would enjoy the outside fireplace. It was under repair the whole week we were there. One of the staff told us that the front desk tells people it's under repair when they don't want to turn it on for us. Additionally, BOTH elevators broke down one of our days there. We were stuck in our room for hours until the repair work was done. Our 84 year old Mom could not navigate three flights of stairs. We thought we would have to call the fire department to help her get down the stairwell. It was very disappointing!

This was a last minute trip due to a family member being hospitalized. The front desk clerk was so nice and asked about the situation and showed genuine concern which was so nice. We had an issue with the TV and had to call maintenance and that gentleman was up to our room in about 5 minutes and quickly solved the problem. The staff was very friendly. The bed was pretty low to the ground and a little harder than I like, but the room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed at the Courtyard for a basketball tournament. It is convenient and clean. The ability to purchase breakfast or cocktails is a plus. It was quite popular with the soccer team crowd!
