Location is excellent. Extra charge for internet. Elevator had significant issues of not working on several days. The bedroom overhead fan did not work. Towel racks were old and bent. Pictures were missing from the walls with hooks still visible. Clean but looked worn.

The apartment is very old, sitcoms not working all beds having wheels at the bottom making them easily move or slip while sleeping, there is rust everywhere

We stayed there for the weekend, we had a lovely view the location was perfect and the beds were comfortable.

Tired but all functions and perfect location right on the beach. Easy access from car park and walk to everything in Surfers Paradise.

Great location, great views, massive apartment and nothing the kids could possibly wreck. But overall condition was terrible, lack of window coverings and the beds were very uncomfortable making our stay quite uncomfortable

Apartment was very aged and not well maintained (219 5th floor). Mould all over bathroom ceiling, toilets older than me, furnishings old and dated, taps barely worked....I could go on. Level of cleanliness was also poor. The best thing about the place was location and outdoor pool facilities. Be warned you will be woken up at 6am every morning by garbage collection plus kept awake on Friday and Saturday nights by the nightclub on the roof next door!

Have previously stayed here many times with great experiences of rooms, this trip room was sub-standard, tired, furniture well worn & very grubby! Bathrooms seriously need attention, can see grim & mould around shower linings, showers leaked, toilets constantly leaked. When advised front desk Lady said that was one of their better rooms & weren’t aware of things needing fixing, I think you need to speak with housekeeping or atleast get an overview each week from housekeeping on room status & upgrades, lifts smelt with old grotty carpet Paying good money expectation letdown. Plus’s great views, great location, overall facilities are good, parking etc Moroccan has always been my accommodation of choice have just booked another 14 night trip in June with a different resort. Disappointed.

I have strayed there before and is a great location apartment this time had a great veiw but was a little run down and could have been cleaner was surprised there was no aircon the pools are nice and would stay again just hope they do something with that appartment before they rent it again

Awesome place to stay, close to shops, beach, transport. Would definitely stay there ne t time am on the Gold Coast.

Amazing view but accomodation is dated, windows don’t close and the view apartment is right next to cali beach club which is a party from day to night so no real relief from it if you are a light sleeper.

We always stay at Breakfree Moroccan everytime we go for holiday at Goldcoast. The best place and very close to Surfer Paradise, located in front of the beach.

Really impressed with the 2br apartment. Love how main br has ensuite! Spacious, open plan with fantadtic water views. Love how all rooms have a door to the balcony overlooking SP Beach too. Walking distance to city centre (one block). Convenient for public transport also.

Older building with older furniture. Dim lighting in the rooms. Definitely in need of a renovation. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to the beach and a short walk to Cavill Ave. The price was ok for the condition of the unit.

Great size and location. But really needs some love. Mouldy bathrooms. Range hood wasn't working and we had maintenance come to lol at it but they wouldn't fix it. Which is really annoying because we specifically picked a place with a kitchen to cook for the kids.

We always wanted to stay at the Moroccan on View Avenue, as it looked fabulous from outside. However, our stay was very disappointing, it whole building needs a makeover. On the website it stated aircon and heating; However, there were 2 aircon/heating systems in the apartment and both were not working, they had a big sign saying "out of order" and it seemed to have been like this for quite some time. The week that we were there was quite cold so you needed heating. There were no blankets in any of the bedrooms. There was a dinning chair with 3 legs. The laundry had a horrible smell like dead fish. The apartment itself needed some TLC and lots of maintenance. There was no WiFi in the room. It made our stay very unpleasant. On the upside it had great panoramic views from the huge balcony. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this property.
