This hotel is old. I believe they renovated only the entrance? I understand the equipment and buildings are getting old. I don't really mind. But, "THIS Hotel", cleanliness and Noise are the worst part. It seems like Nothing was cleaned. The hairs were everywhere, and dust is stuck like a melted candy. I don't even think they clean or replace bedsheets every time. I could hear stepping and water running sound from upper floors. We could barely fell asleep and even wake up because of the noise(soundproofing does NOT exist at all!). Front desk staff is very unkind and rude. Since I don't speak Japanese and the front desk doesn't speak English, I totally understand communication is not easy, but he was the most rude person I've ever met in my whole Japan trip.

Quiet ambience. The hall in the hotel is quite hot. Self-service while check-in but the staff is quite nice. Willing to help and provide assistance, in spite of finding difficulties in communicating in English.

strangely the reception is set on 10/F, while there is only 1 elevator available in the hotel, which is a little bit inconvenient

This property was situated within walking distance of the ferry terminal which was exactly what we needed for the nights stay so location was good, however the bed was so uncomfortable that I could not have stayed here for more than a night, both me and my partner woke up with a bad back, the pillows were so thin, the bathroom was so small that sat on the toilet your knees touched the wall, the bathroom/bath/shower just generally didn't look very clean and the room was really small with only one side of the bed accessible to get into and having to shimmy past a chair and the bed to get to the window. Not very close to any train lines. Has a wonderful bar across from the hotel entrance though.

Typical business type hotel in quiet residential/small business area. You can walk to Marine Messe, it takes about 10 minutes. I stayed on Sunday and there was not much lunch option around, only Seven Eleven and Hot motto (take away bento).

Check-out at10AM seems a bit earlier than usual. The hotel locates in a very quiet neighborhood, (possibly residential area) so you need to walk a while from the metro station. Staff is very friendly.

For such a small room with no service, no breakfast the room is extremely overpriced! Location far from public transport! No security- accessible from the street without even having to pass the front desk!
