Room was clean, bathroom could have stood a little more attention. Location was good had several food options right around the hotel. Easy access to interstate. I would stay again

As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe at this hotel at all times. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and enjoyed the 24 hour coffee bar. Room was clean and very spacious.

The check-in was quick and the deck clerk was so friendly and helpful! The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We will certainly stay here again. The location was excellent for what we were doing.

It was the cleanest place we’ve stayed in so far! Even though we were there for a car event and weren’t there much but when we were it was amazing and the beds were so comfortable and I didn’t wake up with a worse back ache with my back issues. Absolutely 10/10 and the front desk was very helpful when we got there. Our room wasn’t ready yet but they sped up the process and helped us get in our room pretty quickly! I would definitely book with them again!

I was here for a conference and it was very close to Embassy suites convention at Concord. It was clean. and close to Concord Mall and various dining options.

The customer service was friendly and outstanding. I wish I could remember the name of the person who checked me in, but he was wonderful and pleasant to talk to. Breakfast was good and commute to dining within reasonable travel I truly recommend.

Traveled in from PA and didn’t get to check in until after 9pm. No problems there. When we arrived the front desk person was very welcoming and told us all the options of things to do in the area as well as ALL the dining options around.

Bed was comfy, pillows not so much. Hotel is pretty worn , shower wasn't the cleanest, there was soap scum like it wasn't cleaned very well, and the top of the linens on the one bet had dirt on it . The breakfast was really good and the people working there were very nice.

We had a very pleasant stay. We came into town for a concert and the location was very convenient to the amphitheater. Check-in was easy and Perry was very friendly and curteous!

They do require a $50 deposit for damages that is supposed to be refunded after the stay but I did not receive my refund. That’s the only thing I had a problem with.
