All very good , except for the significant lack of availability of dinner on both nights of our stay, due, we were told, to very large event on both nights. We were not told of this until our arrival although it must have been known well in advance.
On the Sunday morning the drinks machines were breaking down and queue for cooked food was very long. The staff were over loaded and unable to resolve coffee machine problem. Chaotic.

This hotel is excellent for its free parking, super comfortable beds and pillows, cleanliness and the staff are so helpful and welcoming.

Lovely hotel. Nice and clean. Rooms a decent size. View of a roof but didn't effect our stay. Room only had a shower which was disappointing as the website says twin rooms have a bath/shower combination. Dined in the restaurant which was very good.

Staff were friendly especially at breakfast,they went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast was good.

The staff very welcome, helpful and friendly. We stayed here 18 months ago and we did think it would be Good but one thing that has been taken away is the swimming pool which we were thinking would be nice in the mornings but no, pitty.

Ran out of strawberry jam for breakfast, plus had to wait for some cooked breakfast items being replaced when they had ran out. Otherwise, staff and the hotel itself was pretty spot on.

Pretty good value. Breakfast also good, but make sure you arrive early as refilling of dishes doesn't quite keep up with demand.

We have stayed in this hotel a few times before and we will continue coming back. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel has been improved to a very high standard.

Nice hotel and great breakfast. some of the pillows were a little stained with makeup when we first arrived but was quickly rectified by the staff.
