This is a great place to stay especially if you are going to a concert at AFAS arena - really spot on hotel - good breakfast - not far from train station - breakfast really good - not many places to eat around here but we walked 15min to Oma Letje which is a fantastic place for food and beer

Exceptionally friendly staff. Clean hotel, room, gym... Food in the restaurant was excellent, as was the service. Nice gym with sauna. Close to public transport.
Cons:
Shower door seal didn't meet the floor so water leaked out and I had to use a towel to sop up the water. One of the treadmills wasn't working so I had people waiting on me to finish my cardio which made me feel a bit rushed.
Really I need to stretch my imagination to try to find negatives but, I don't give out a perfect score easily. I enjoyed my stay and would certain go back if I have a reason to be in the area.

It was a really beautiful room with big windows. I like the music theme since I was staying for a concert.

I stayed for 4 nights.
When I arrived the room had a horrible smell that lingered the entire stay, not to mention the fridge wasn’t working for 2 nights and you have to request room cleaning the night before; it’s not done daily without your request.
The location is amazing and that’s really what you’re paying for

Big thank you to the receptionist 4 of lovely cheerful, smiling & cooperative young ladies 2 in each shift please forgive me I forgot their names but our stay was checked in 27tn out 29th July 2024. My wife & I enjoyed our stay & the cooperation of the receptionist.

The only thing that isn't right there is the parking garage. It's a shame that you have to pay extra for it. I paid 70 euros for 2 days, even though the parking spaces are reserved specifically for the hotel.

At first I was not happy with the location due to distance to the City centre but with the train station nearby which only takes 15 minutes made it even better. Location is fantastic, hotel is great and was amaze about the use of technology (remote control, phone and shower) you needs to see it.

I love the location of this hotel. The staff was professional and friendly.
The place was clean and comfortable. There are a few hotels in Europe with very small rooms, but not this one. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would stay there again.

20 min metro to Cenraal. Staff in hotel and restaurant knew me by name by the 2nd day. I had not expected my trip to the Netherlands to be that special, but EVERYONE I met felt like a friend. The staff at Jaz and Rhythms deal with a huge amount of people on a daily basis, but when i was walking out the door to leave for the airport, the desk staff yelled out, "Bye Bryan it was so nice to meet you!"
I'll be returning.

Unable to fly due to flight cancellation. No refund given. Several major hotel chains have given full refunds to customers who could not travel due to the IT outage. Very disappointing customer service from this hotel.

- the hotel was clean and they had good breakfast
The - :
They doubled the price on the hotel due to the concert (from 160 euro to 320), and they still did not include breakfast (20 euro per person per day).
The shower was «modern» , but the buttons were a pain to use. It took forever to find the right spot to push the buttons
The door to the bathroom did not completely shut. They were sliding doors, and there is a bug gap in the Middle
