No AC, there were with AC but we could not uppgrade because cleaning staff went home already. Just a fan when it's 30+ is a joke.

It was minimalistic. I was ok with that. I think the rooms could have a phone, even if the line only went to the front desk. There could be emergencies - and no one should have to go to the ground floor to report -- say a fire or someone trying to get into their room. Just sayin'

I really enjoyed my stay there , the staff are really friendly .the Service is really top there .. i will definitely go back there when i want to visit Zimbabwe again

The area around the hotel is noisy, as it's in the CBD, but it offers a lot of options for food and other amenities, but the hotel does not provide any information about where to go. Breakfast options are limited and the breakfast room does not have good ventilation. If you eat there, you will walk out smelling like a donut. I would stay there again but in the rooms with a/c to dampen the noise levels.
