The stay was fantastic. Great people, great facilities and perfect location. It is probably a bit harsh of me to only give 4 stars, but it annoys me so much that they don’t respect the Expedia gold service of free upgrade if available. Upgrade of rooms was obviously available because they tried to sell it to me. We also could have an earlier check in if we paid for the upgrade and early check in is also supposed to be included in the Expedia/hotels.com gold privileges. The lack of upgrades is however in general a non-existing and false advertising of the Expedia/hotels.com so perhaps it is just as much a blame on Expedia, but Kempinski takes it to a new level by trying to sell you the upgrade you are supposed to have included (the same happens in the Kempinski hotel by the Dead Sea). Except from this little annoyance a great stay with fantastic staff.

The beach was perfection-bright , clean sand and sparkling water and the infinity pools were beautiful, all adjacent to the Red Sea and lovely landscape. I loved my room-clean and the bed put me in a comatose state. The staff answered all my questions and were kind and professional. I hope to return.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Kempinski Hotel Aqaba, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, making me feel instantly at ease. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and I was impressed by the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness throughout the property. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was immaculate, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Speaking of the rooms, mine was spacious, well-designed, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathroom was pristine and well-stocked with essential toiletries. I also had the chance to take advantage of some of the hotel's facilities, such as the pool and spa. Both were kept in excellent condition and provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. One standout feature of my stay was the food. The hotel's restaurant offered a wide array of delicious options, and I thoroughly enjoyed every meal I had there. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a vast selection of fresh and tasty dishes to choose from. Overall, my stay at the Kempinski Hotel Aqaba was exceptional.
