The shower was large and water pressure was good. The beds and pillow were clean and very comfortable. The furniture in the room was very worn out. I expected more out of such a high rated hotel the trim on the desk which was a large piece was just hanging off. The hallway floors were dirty and needed a good sweep and vacuum. Over all it was a good experience. The breakfast in hotel was really delicious as well

Disappointed in the condition of this hotel. With its reputation we were very let down. We had to have our room keys rekeyed and asked for our room to be cleaned while we were out and 10 hours later it was untouched. After contacting the front desk to see if towels could be brought up the desk clerk said he was the only one working and couldn’t leave the front desk. I said I’d come down and get them and he said he was unable to go get any. The room floor hadn’t been vacuumed when we first arrived or if it had they’d done a poor job of it. The bathtub had rust stains. Just an overall bad experience and we will not stay here again.

Hotel was really great! All the staff especially the valet was super nice and helpful!
The bath tub had a lot of rust stains and I wish there was more than one trash can in the entire room/bathroom but other than that it was great and I’ll definitely be back!

Great hotel close to campus and wonderful lounge area! Nice rooms too

I looked hard for anything negative. Didn’t find a thing Kudos to the man at my nighttime checkin and the woman working the 14th floor lounge at breakfast time. Both were excellent.

Room was dirty and the smell coming in was horrible. Not a good first impression.

Hotel is average at best. Shower had 5 pubic hairs and soap scum on soap rack. Ice bucket was dirty and room was dated. Someone spilled rice in the hall and it was still there the next day.On the plus side the bar and pool were excellent. It really could be a nice hotel if they had better housekeeping.

We went for a work and play weekend! I loved having all the amenities such as the made to order omelets, live music and bar. The staff is super nice! The rooms were comfy!

This is my second stay and I have been impressed both times by the friendly staff and comfortable hotel. Shuttle service from the airport is a wonderful service.

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. I enjoyed the outdoor pool area. Close proximity to several other eateries & campus. I had a very delicious meal at the hotel’s restaurant Pecan Grille. Appreciated the free airport shuttle!
