The experience was horrible. The hotel is in a weird location with lots of homeless. The outside is dirty. The room smelled so bad of bleach that my eyes were literally red and burning. The floor was so dirty and the walls were all chipped. You can hear everything in this room and the outside window had no view and random people were walking past in the alley. We didn’t even stay an hour here. We left.

The staff was friendly and attentive. I had an early flight the desk staff walked me to the car as it was still dark outside.

8 day cruise. I forgot my bag in the lobby, sent an email and got a response quick. Receptionist was willing to hold until I return

It is a great location. Walking distance to south beach. It’s a little quirky place. Clean. The night front desk guy was sullen but the daytime front desk guy was super nice and helpful. Small adequate rooms. Best feature is definitely location and price. Close to restaurants shopping and night life.

This hotel is not for most ethnicities. It’s a Cuban area and hotel . They are not friendly to other races ! I was very uncomfortable. Staff was nice . They wouldn’t give me a receipt. The computer wasn’t printing and they said they would email it but I never received it . Don’t book if you’re not Cuban ! I almost left in the middle of the night because I didn’t feel comfortable.

Hotel description is good, rooms a bit run down but for the price, great. We had asked for early check in and double checked prior to trip. Upon arrival we were not on list so had to wait . Overall great South Beach location. We came a day early for a cruise departure.

Omg this place is amazing it’s literally 4min walk away from the beach every store or restaurant is walking distance breakfast lunch and dinner, cvs, Walgreens, liquor store, tattoo shop etc… the room was lovely and clean… peaceful..
