Good location close to bars and eateries. Also 5min walk to a few yatai's especially on the weekends. Easy 10min walk from Tenjin station and bike share parking spots nearby too.

Clean, quiet and very helpful and polite staff. Convenient location for food and transportation. Keep in mind airport opens at 6am and taxis very hard to find because they are used by airport employees for commute.

Staff were nice, reception looks modern, but there were no big signs outside that signified this was the hotel we were looking for. Had to check google maps a couple of times.

Main "complaint" or dissatisfaction is the lighting. Room is too dark. Makes it difficult to find things or organize. Would also be good to have a small nightstand either by bed or chair.

My room opened onto an interior rooftop covered in cigarette butts. Other than that, everything was in pretty good shape.

Not clean. Specially the restroom quite dirty actually.
No air conditioning during 14-17 degrees and staff suggest you to open the window.

The location was excellent and the general conditions of the room were ok. But it was a very small room and very tight to open our medium (not even large) luggage.
