We stayed for a night at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The room on Expedia is advertised to have a city view - it does not. This hotel does not have any city view rooms. It's not really an issue but something to note when booking. The hotel room was clean and very comfortable. The shuttle to Masjid Al Haram is out front every 30 minutes, this made transportation very very easy. Thank you to Layali and Wadda at reception, both were very nice and helpful during our stay :)

They were incredibly nice and provided adorable service, always going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Service was great and was able to check in earlier. The front desk personnel didn’t charge us early check in fee. They also delivered more drinks and tea bags when we called. The only suggestion is we have to call several times till someone answers. The front desk always empty and now one there, you have to wait for someone to come.otherwise it’s decent hotel nearby haram. Only 5 minutes by free shuttle offered by the hotel or 10-20 real by taxi

Everything is made to impress you. I loved it. Staff is very pleasant and very friendly. Granted it is not a walkable to distance to Al Haram but very convenient with a five minutes free shuttle every thirty five minutes around the clock. I would stay there again

This is barely a three star hotel, dirty and worn out carpets inside and in lobby, very inconvenient room layout with a single bedside table for four beds, every request takes 3/4 calls and finally room service probably took my earbuds while doing housekeeping!

The stay was good , hotel is nice and room was good in terms of size and cleanest. The negative thing there is not house keeping every day , the shuttle bus service from the hotel to Haram was excellent. In general the stay was satisfactory

Good location for Umrah visit. Hotel is old and needs upgrade real bad. Good thing they had bus service to and from the Haram. Breakfast was very nice and lots of choices. Economical pricing. Grocery store and other items shops on lobby level so shopping was a breeze

Nice hotel shuttle every 30 min to Haram staff was very nice specially receptionist Hiba and loader Siddique, Hiba responded very quick in anything need in room very fast room service and Siddique was very helpful to get my luggage to room and while checkout
