It was one of the most dirtiest god awful smell and the tub was extremely disgusting I could not believe it then he put me way down in the back with a lot of woods and I was the only car that far down it was scary then it was a connecting room that look like someone could break in at any moment. Please Hotel.com let this business go it is making me not to ever reserve anything with you guys again. Yes I am aware not all hotels, motels etc……. But this one here should not be up and running! Very sad and so disappointing that they are charging anyone to stay there. I left and im taking my lot on this one. Never again!

The rooms were filthy. The halls were nasty and there were shady characters lingering around the property. There is very little "quality" about this inn.

Honestly, the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly nice, we left early due to: the door to the bathroom wouldn’t close the faucet in the Sprayed two ways, one of the tiles on the floor/wall hung off, the door that lead outside look like it had had someone attempt to break in 😅 we ending up leaving early and even that was sketch. We had to ask a police officer to come because two men stalked me and my friends each time we left our room

This was one of the worst stays ever. This was a a GHETTO HOTEL The issue I am having is they advertised under the Quailty Inn and not a chain of this level (ie Motel 6, Knights Inn, or Travel Loge). Certain chains are kniwn for certain level of quality. IE Quailty Inn, Comfort Inn, and Sleep Inn are all known for very excellence level of service. On the other hand Roadway Inn, Motel 6, Knights Inn, and Travel Lodge are known for poor quality of service (aka ghetto hotels.) This place was one of those. If they advertised under one of those ghetto hotel names, I would not have an issue becuse I know what I am getting. That why I don't stay at one of those places.

It was a okay stay this is my second time staying here they need to change the pillow cases and replace them with new pillows and blankets and sheets I was pleased with when I had a complaint it was taking care of and it walk distance to stores

Hotel room wasnt clean. Tub was brown. Holes in the walls shower dirtyw/black soap dish. Sheets weren’t fresh and bed was uncomfortable. Checked out about 2hrs later but was still charged for the night

I didn't like the mood in the ceiling in the bathroom, all the spiders (found on in the bed), tub was not clean at all, toilet was backed up, everything was broken (drawers, racks in the closet, light in bathroom blinking), wasn't vacuumed, i asked for a wake up cal at 7 am the clerk said ok and put it in the system, they never did it, when approached them about it, they said they don't do wake up calls,pool was closed the entire time.

Do not stay here!! I booked because I was traveling with my daughter and it is the worse hotel ever. They still haven’t given me my refund. The pictures are far from accurate. I walked in the room and walked out to ask for my refund. The area is not safe and the rooms are dirty with a weird smell too. Y’all better process my refund

Pretty sure they have bed bugs just notice little red marks on me and my kids . Smh pool is falling apart literally pieces of the wall . The breakfast is just toast, cereal and pancakes if u lucky to get that cus it be broken. Stayed 3 nights and 2 of them couldnt sleep cus it sounded like someone banging on the walls on backside and it wouldnt start till 11pm and kept going till 3am and it wasnt like someone having sex it was like a crack head in a crazy hoise banging on the walls. Worst hotel ever

Front desk clerk was very nice and professional, I can appreciate great customer service. The room was clean, the tub and wall needed a fresh coat of white paint on wall & tub to make it look more appealing to customers.

Did not feel safe at this location. I usually stay at Quality inn but this one was horribly dirty, staff did not clean the room or provide fresh linen until we asked. The orignal room i reserved i did not have access to so i had to settle for double beds. Even though i picked no smoke the room had a stitch of the smell. There were seem to be ppl all around the property that seem to be on drugs. The pool was not open and it was 90 something degrees.
I would never stay here again! Very unhappy unsafe and uncomfortable.
