Great stay

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel facilities were all kept in great condition. The decor has a modern vibe. The room was spacious by Japanese standards. There was some train noise because of our proximity to the station. Overall, great hotel.

This place is great and I would stay again. 10 minute walk from the station. Washer and dryer all in one machine! :) easy to use. The safe is big enough for my laptop and other things. Fridge and microwave. Pants press! Comfy even though just 1 bed (queen size). Breakfast was okay

Great location, right down the street from Hakata Station, however not many, if any, yatai's around (they do offer a map of where many are located with helpful notes on which accept card and where bathrooms would be accessed). Able to accept and send luggage from one hotel to the next, check in was easy and let us keep our luggage there before check in time (3pm). A little small room, not uncommon in Japan, typical room, able to store bags under bed. They have a laundry machine (with detergent) and a microwave in room! That was great to have! Walking distance to Lawsons, family Mart and 7/11. The breakfast was nice, attendance fluctuated, some days were super busy and others weren't. They offered a fair selection and replenished quickly. There was a fire alarm at around midnight one of our nights there, it was orderly but there was lack of English so we weren't sure what was going on or what they were telling us to do. They did try their best, and were even apologetic about the lack of English, as well as the fact that the alarm was rung and we had to wait outside until firefighters gave us the clearance (about an hour), they even apologized during check out. Overall I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again, would like to see if they have larger rooms available or offered as it was hard for 2 large suitcases to be in the room.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were amazing. The fire alarm activated in the middle of the night, but the staff handled the situation very well. I do not speak Japanese, however a member of the staff spoke a little english and made my stay very convenient. I would gladly stay at this establishment again.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The only thing I did not like was that you had to remove the key card in order to turn off all the lights. This also turned off the AC, and the room got hot and stale overnight.

I come to Fukuoka often this is place is better then most of the other places I've stayed at. Next time I come, this will be the first place I I try to book with. I didn't get her name but my housekeeper on the 10th floor

The hotel is close to the JR track which is pretty annoying, it would be better if the window is soundproof. The room is smaller than I thought, and the washing machine cannot function properly.

It was very good. The rooms in Japan are on the smaller size so you need to check out the size of the room before booking.
