The staff was awesome the hotel was not as nice as all the tru hotels I’ve stayed at. It was definitely thrown together finishing touches not complete. The bed was okay not tue best. I have been a big tru fan but this one was lacking. I would like to say Terry at the desk was awesome.

Hotel was good overall. Staff was great. Only downside is my room had been getting a ceiling repair and they left some supplies in the room.

The staff was exceptional at the desk. The location is great for traveling to the NC beaches. Dining was within walking distance. This being a holiday weekend could have impacted the hallway being unswept, but other areas were well maintained. Great value.

No one knew how to work the electric blinds, wouldn't give me a new room because I booked through Expedia. Dumpster service before 5am. Sheets were crusty. Gross.

My daughter checked me in with my husband. I am disabled and the receptionist made certain barbed comments about their relationship.
There we no handicapped parking spots available when we returned from our concert, and there is no access for wheelchairs from the back or the side of the building. I had to trundle around the building. When I reached the front door, I was met by two staff members discussing handguns! No welcome or hello, just handguns! Not professional at all.
The handicapped accessible room was perfectly acceptable with plenty of room to move around.

Very nice hotel. They were extremely busy due to a concert and I had to wait for my room till about 4. Then my room wasnt properly cleaned. The trash wasnt emptied and the floor wasnt cleaned. But generally a nice hotel and the staff was nice.

Technical issues checking in front desk wanted to charge me again and they actualy did but was quick to refund me as soon as they found that i was prepaid 1 st room they sent me to wasnt clean so back down to front desk while they went and personally found a room that was clean to put us in

Room was not available until two hours late due to limited staffing. Staff that was there tried very hard but we were terribly inconvenienced. Also, adjacent room was noisy both nights disturbing our rest - partying first night then crying todler tge second. No soundproofing. Breakfast eggs were so wet they were inedible. Very disappointed in a Hilton property.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. The breakfast had no choices and was the same every morning. Pillows were flat but the bed was comfortable.

This is a new hotel with a laid back vibe. Our room was nice and clean but on the smaller side (I admit I forgot to check the square footage) and the TV was large, comparatively. Close to restaurants and shopping and free self parking. My only small complaints are 2 of the employees were less than friendly and the breakfast was less robust that the pictures on the website depict (the only hot items were breakfast meat, eggs, oatmeal-which was very overcooked, and pancakes from a fun diy machine) leaving much to be desired. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice, new , clean hotel!! My only complaint is no overhang at the entrance! It was raining when we were unloading our car and we got SOAKED!! This needs to be fixed!
The breakfast was just ok. Nice selection, but the eggs were terrible!! This is not a deal breaker. I would stay here again!!

I didn’t like that I couldn’t get fresh towels at 8 am because I used the towels when I checked in for a shower. I was told that I couldn’t get fresh towels until that evening and I wanted fresh towels for my shower this morning. My first time staying at a TRU hotel and now last… I’m used to get clean towels when requested.

Comfortable and clean. Very strong smell of marijuana in elevators and hallway at various points during our 4 night stay. One night it smelled almost like someone was hot boxing our room. Otherwise room was clean and the lobby was fun with lots of activities for guests.

The bathtub in the rooms need to be replaced. There is a dark ring around the tub that doesn’t come off even after it has been cleaned.
