Breakfast, Pool and Location are best.

Hotel is getting old and needs a renovation.

The room was so clean and tidy and the whole hotel has a beautiful smell and looks appealing and inviting. Service was 10/10

Room 81 supposed to be fine dining, it wasn't. Ran out of one main meal. Forgot our entrees. Had to pour our own wine. Room had a funky smell. Carpet was bare and had threads. No eggs, bacon or hash browns at buffet Breakfast. Paid $90.00 for 2 pineapple juices and 2 coffees. The coffees tasted like soapy water. We left to find breakfast elsewhere.

Everything was great, especially the breakfast.

The parking lot is difficult to navigate.

As an electric car owner having charging conveniently is very important for me

The location is excellent, easy access to the beach and restaurants. The room was comfortable enough, decent size and good amenities. The pool area was a highlight.

The lifts were extremely slow, it looked like a few were shut off despite being a busy weekend. The place is feeling a little dated - asking $25/day for wi-fi and no access to Netflix etc which are standard inclusions in most places these days.

Great location, rooms could do with a update especially the bathrooms.

Location of the property is spot on, that’s about the only thing this hotel has going for it.

Where to begin, for $600/night I expected more from this hotel and this brand of hotel. I’ve stayed at many Sofitel’s over the years and it’s never disappointed- but this one! Check in process was an absolute nightmare, we had to wait for over an hour after our “check in time” and they kept giving us drink vouchers each time we went up to see if the room was ready - thank you but a drink voucher doesn’t cut it. We ended up giving away your drink vouchers as the facilities you have are awful. One normal looking bar was always closed and the other was a gaming facility! lol .. Secondly - the breakfast - with lack of choice as a starting comment - smelly black looking towels that are sitting under the window outside on the balcony section to collect the moisture , I can’t believe you actually allow that. To finding out black stained eggs in your scrambled eggs , we just couldn’t stay there to eat again . We had to go out every morning. To the check out process - facing the staff who were looking down as i approved the desk and I then stood there for solid 5 mins before one of your stuff bothered to help me and then proceeded to tell me that “he was doing something “ , never actually smiled, asked me how I am nor asked how my stay was and just mumbled something about a return of the deposit- seriously - how bad can you be !! Being on front desk and checking your guests in and out and acknowledging them is YOUR ONLY JOB!

Location was excellent property has aged and needs updating and some areas cleaning. I do not believe this establishment warrants the price charged and in my opinion is a 3.5 star hotel. Enjoyable overall but room for improvement.

I thought the breakfast facility service was good. I believe a lot of maintenance is required example stand on level three and look down to reception, i think you will agree self explanantory.

The games room down stairs. What we could use if the pool. The waiters at pool area absolutely beautiful.

God where do I start. The rude staff. Horrible disgusting food. The filth in the rooms. No disability access.

Superb breakfast, pool was good. Cleanliness was good.

Water blockage during shower, very small shower cabin, toilet flushing was not strong, no ample space for luggage. Bed was sagged in the middle, looks very old and some parts was torn as well, pillows were uncomfortable and too old as well,

Room and pool was nice. Restaurant, bar and concierge were great.

Receptionists could've been nicer and more helpful.

I booked river views for new years but can only see a roof.i complained to the staff. there reply was that because you were on a lower level you can't see the river. misleading information

The hotel is in a very convenient location for food and shopping.

The hotel did not provide the basic amenities to customers. Guests are expected to pay their own drinking water, wifi internet and watching tv.

Bathrooms not cleaned to standard, dusty, grout dirty and marks on walls. Swimming pool floor needs to be cleaned, lots of sand and debris floating around

The hotel's cost is notably high in relation to its average quality, and it did not give us the impression of a 5-star establishment. The bathrooms, featuring old and dirty tiles, were of notably inferior quality. The quality and age of the curtains is very poor. It was surprising to find ourselves charged for internet access, especially considering that, in 2023, nearly every hotel provides free wifi. The room service was very average as we even found in the wardrobe a jacket from the previous occupant and already opened and half drunk bottle in the fridge. The overall experience, given the expenses incurred, did not align with the expectation of a luxurious stay. Our stay was genuinely disappointing.

Expensive wifi, extra charges for parking, one pillow per person, only two mugs and no bowls in the room, pool was not ideal for small children at all and the food and beverage for the pool area was very very limited.

Had a meal as part of a conference in the Broadbeach Room, would rate this very poorly. Was below average, overpriced and I went to bed hungry.

Fantastic location, close to Pacific Fair, Beach, Bars and Cafe's etc. Staff were very helpful and polite Gym was good but a little small Breakfast was good Pool area is also good

The beds were uncomfortable. If it is called a King Room it should be a King bed not 2 Single beds pushed together. Pillows were too soft and uncomfortable.

The pool is really lovely and the location fantastic

It is a bit dated.
