They moved us to the newer location which was lovely. Breakfast at new location was great. Shuttle service to airport and back is excellent. Restaurant adjoining this location was convenient. Paid extra to park my vehicle while away for a week.

Staff was nice and room was clean and modern. It's nice that there is a gym and pool, and I appreciated the good selection of food that was available in the lobby.

The location is very loud, we were placed in a room right beside a construction site. And by right beside, I mean directly outside of the window. We were woken up multiple times by early morning construction. We were also hit with multiple other fees, which weren't advertised online, including parking.

Breakfast was great at Perkins . The hotel was grossly overpriced as there was a festival in Toronto and all hotels were jacked up price wise . We were desperate as missed our connecting flight couldn’t get out until next day . So 516 dollars to sleep in hotel

They received an order of rose peddles before I arrived that I had ordered because my husband and I got married that day. They went above and beyond to set them up around the room and to make it as romantic as possible. They even gave us a few discounts to congratulate us. We are very grateful

Red bull was in stock and the shuttle to the airport was convenient

My co worker was unable to check in because he arrived ahead of the person with the business card and it really made our accounting complicated when he paid for one night with his own card.

A bit too small especially the bathroom. parking was good. the room was quiet but only because we left early in the morning before the construction began.

I would have liked a normal.sized bathroom. It was even difficult to get into the bathroom.

Clean and comfy

Being charged $50 extra for coming early I had just drove 4 hours to enter my car at the motorama car show at the international centre in Mississauga and I had to get my car in early to stage for the show, I don’t agree with being charged the extra $50 as I already paid enough for my multiple night stay

Staff is super friendly. It is not a luxurious hotel, but it's serves its purpose perfectly ; very close to the airport, comfortable, so clean and walking distance from the Toronto Congress Center.

Surroundings are not so interesting, but I wasn't there for leisure, so I didn't care at all.

charring me twice when I paid through booking.com and the hotel doesn’t communicate with booking.com. Also, poor wi-fi signal

Polite,friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. Large spacious room. Very clean thruout. Didn't use it but had a pool we could've used. And very quiet considering how close to the airport we were. The restaurant (Perkins) attached to the hotel had delicious food.

Small bathroom and no microwave in the room or lobby for guest to use. Parking gate didn't work properly.
