Loud, could easily hear people in the hallway and rooms next door. Put me a room looking into tram station and tram. If I could open the window I could almost touch all the passengers out the window. The coffee maker didn’t work and if it had there was only one cream. No invoice at checkout had to wait for email. And 15 minute wait to check in. Next time it’s the shuttle to another place for me.

It was located close to my Terminal.

Exceptional service checking in and my request met. Beds are so comfortable. Only downfall this stay was the loud television in the next room when I checked in and continued past midnight when I had to finally bang on the walls. Other than that incident I always stay at this hotel due to the location and the excellent service.

The location was the best part of this hotel. After a massive snowstorm the day before, we were keen to avoid driving anywhere so we cancelled our downtown hotel and stayed here.

Sadly, due to covid there was only room service available which was very expensive. We went back into the airport and got Subway for dinner. My room had an adjoining door which offered no noise protection at all from the group of loud and rowdy young men in the adjoining room. My shower was also cold in the morning despite running the water before I got in. The beautiful bathroom was not indicitive of the cold quality of my morning shower.

Location was wonderful. Room was big and very clean.

It was a bit if a disaster from the beginning, I had asked for free parking and a mobility room with walk in shower. Checking in we were informed that parking was not included and it was a $38 fee which I wanted parking included as I was just the driver taking my girlfriend and her Mother there as the Mom was flying back to Romania Sunday evening and do it cost me double the parking! I also found it not very easy to get to the hotel as I found the parking lot not very labelled that the hotel was all the way up on the 5th level! Finally after checking in and being disappointed with the cost of parking, the room rental was $500 so one would think parking could be included ?? Anyways getting up to their room, discovered that it was not a walk in shower room so had to call downstairs and the gas to change rooms and wanted one extra big king bed and ended up with 2 double beds but it was what it was and got the walk in shower my girlfriend and her elderly mother required ! Once I got them settled in their room I called front desk where I could find ice and was told that was by room 417 and my friends were staying in 406, I went out to get them some ice and there definitely was no ice machine by 417 and in fact I saw cleaning staff in that isle init yo discover the ice machine was totally the opposite side of the hotel on that floor !! I found the staff were not clear in their directions and were very confusing and very misleading! My friends Mom is in her 80’s and she was chilly, the beds have lots of pillows but a blanket was not available so I had to run out and go buy her a blanket as one could not be provided by the hotel ??? I was extremely disappointed with the cost to stay at this hotel, $500 a night yet the run around we had and not to even be able to have a blanket, maybe I’m missing something but at I expected much better quality and stay for my friends !! The convenience was great as so much easier to get my girlfriends Mom to the terminal👍

Perfect location before or after flight. Friendly staff and tasty foods. Me and wife stayed at the hotel with newborn baby, all was good with the hotel.

Card kept not working spent 30 min going up and down the elevator. To get new cards . Maintance arrived and opened the door in the end .

I liked the service ie looking after my luggage for me before my flight. I also had access to the club lounge

The room is very comfortable and quiet. Overall, staff is wonderful. LOVE the toiletries.

Exhaust fumes in hallway. Couldn't determine if it was vehicle or jet since this is an airport location. Noise from hall is disruptive. People chatting as they go to their rooms late at night. A staff member repeatedly knocking on someone's door at 4 am calling out "wakeup call"! Perhaps the doors need better soundproofing.

Trotz der Größe, sehr freundliche und persönliche Begrüßung. Zugang zum Frühstück nur mit Schlüsselkarte, daher war das Frühstück sehr privat. Sehr freundliches Personal auch beim Frühstück! Wunderbare Auswahl beim Frühstück schon um 5:30!!!

Sehr gute Lage beim Terminal 3, mit dem Zug ist Terminal 1 und dann die Innenstadt sehr gut erreichbar. Zimmer gross, sehr bequeme Betten.

Laute Klimaanlage. Der Lüfter kann leider nicht ausgeschaltet werden…

Unbeatable location. Great service with the bell hop, guest services and Executive Lounge. The appetizer buffet and breakfast are excellent. Coffee was delicious and the room itself was spacious, comfortable and had a nice ambience.

Beautiful world class hotel on-site at T3 of the airport. This is one of the, of not the, best Sheraton hotels I have ever stayed at. Was happy to have it available after missing a flight due to a late Aer Lingus arrival, and only wish I could have spent more than 9.5 hours there. For the aviation lover, the rooms that overlook the airfield are a real treat.

I'm really sorry. I don't have anything to say that is negative. Maybe if I come back you can put me in your worst room so I can find something. No, please don't!! Honestly I've got nothing here.
