The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The facilities are old. The room is old. The washrooms in the public spaces were disgusting and outdated (sticky floors). This hotel needs a major renovation to bring it to current 2024 standards.

Rundum hat alles gepasst. Wir hatten einen grossen SUV, mit dem wir nicht in der hauseigenen Garage aufgrund der Höhe parken könnten. Gegenüber gibt es aber eine größere Parkgarage somit kein Problem. Ubahn 2 Minuten zu Fuß.

Die Badezimmertür ist eine Milchglas-Glasschiebetür mit einem 2 cm breiten Spalt. Nicht gerade angenehm, wenn man nicht allein im Zimmer ist und auf die Toilette muss. Eine Seitenleiste aus dem Baumarkt könnte dies schnell und einfach angenehmer machen.

Lovely looking hotel close to the subway

Bed was broken Lorenzo was great and came and fixed it, and our keys didn't work throughout our stay we had to get someone to let us in everything. One of the sockets to charge the phones was also broken and we only had 2 towels and dressing gowns but there were 3 of us staying in the room

We were lucky enough to get a newly renovated room. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable! We also appreciated the soaps and shampoos that were available. The staff were very lovely and helpful as well.
