The beds were amazing

Nothing it was all brilliant

Breakfast was not included ( although it was supposed to be), but manager left a note and the desk gave us coffee. We left early for a correspondance flight. We saw planes up close from our room. Hotel restaurant food was good.

The shuttle service was good but took a very long time to arrive. We did not get information that it was Carnaval in Toronto until we got to the airport. Breakfast was not included though we paid 189$ plus tax for a room listed at 173$. Booking.com was more, not less expensive.

The hotel is so dirty, the cleaners don't clean the room at all, all they do is lay the beds. The Bathroom irks, the room is so stuffed and air quality from the AC is so bad that my daughter got an allergy. I requested the air filter changed.

j'ai réservé une chambre avec deux lits queen ils m'ont donné une chambre avec un seul lit king, et ils n'ont pas voulus me changer de chambre.

Proche de l’aireroport, navette gratuite chaque 30 min.

Ils ont mentionné que la navette s’arrête au terminal 1 et 3 mais ce n’est pas vrai. Le bus passe uniquement par le terminal 1. On a du attendre 1h au terminal 3. Appeler l’hôtel qui nous confirme à chaque fois qu’elle va passer. Jusqu’au point où on allait prendre Uber. Un Mr nous a dis d’essayer terminal 1. C’est la ou le bus est venu.

Conforto da cama, quarto espaçoso, limpeza, banheiro grande, com chuveiro ótimo. O restaurante que fica no primeiro andar é maravilhoso e os funcionários extremamente simpáticos! Amei!

Não gostei dos produtos de banho, mas como sempre levo os meus, não foi um problema.

De comfortabele bedden waren voor mij het meest fijne punt aan de hotel kamer. Ook was de airco in de kamer van grote waarde. De badkamer zag er prima uit. Het bad is misschien kleiner dan je gewend bent maar meer dan genoeg om in te zitten. De douchekop zat wel wat aan de lage kant maar dat heeft natuurlijk ook te maken met de gemiddelde lengte en het verschil daar in. Personeel was altijd zeer vriendelijk. Room service en het restaurant zeker aan te raden. De locatie is zeer dicht bij Pearson International Airport. Ideaal als je een korte verblijfplaats wilt. Het centrum is een stuk verder weg maar ook makkelijk te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer. De shuttlebus naar het vliegveld is gratis en rijd ieder half uur. Ideaal als je snel op het vliegveld wilt zijn. De kamer moet het heel erg hebben van natuurlijk licht maar er is voldoende licht aanwezig in de kamer om alles helder te verlichten. Let wel op dat het erg donker kan zijn in de kamer als je s'nachts binnen komt en het licht uit staat.

Hygiëne in de kamers laten soms wat wensen na. Badkuipen die er niet al te schoon uit zien. Behang wat los laat. In mijn hotelkamer specifiek leek de muur ondergekladderd met stiften. Het doet de kwaliteit van de kamer geen schade aan maar het zou een erger puntje kunnen zijn wellicht.

2 months since I booked ONE SINGLE NIGHT in this hotel through BOOKING.COM and I still haven't received my 100$ deposit back. Despite calling both the Hotel and Booking customer service (probably costing 100€ phone bills by now). If BOOKING.COM don't want to be assimilated to CUSTOMER MISLEADING and DECEPTION and (LIES (system bug excuse) they should be more caring about the type of establishment their partner with. 5/6 business days was how short it should take to get my deposit back when informed that the Hotel has already released the refund directly to my card as stated by Customer Service on June 7th. It has been 2 months since my reservation. At this stage I should be refunded the night spent AND the deposit. June 7th from Booking Customer Service: "Thank you for choosing Booking.com. We are writing to you regarding your reservation 4464599122 at Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport, an IHG Hotel, check-in date 2024-05-25, and check-out date 2024-05-26. We would like to inform you about the previous interaction from Booking.com about your refund. We informed the accommodation that you didn’t receive the refund for the security deposit that you’ve paid amounting to 100 CAD after your check out date. And the property informed that they do have a system bug that is why the refund didn’t go through. But now since we got in touch with them, they have already released the refund directly to your card. According to the property the refund process may take 5-6 Business days depending on your bank provider. We also informed the accommodation to send us the proof of refund in order for you to be assured that you will be refunded. So once we have the statement/proof we will forward it to you. Meanwhile, if you have any other questions, we are here for you. Kind regards." This is unacceptable from both the Hotel and Booking.com. Needless to say after 10 years using this platform it will be my last. Fatoumata

The food in the restaurant downstairs was a bit ordinary.

The room was clean and spacious with a huge TV. Room service was delicious and it was nice to eat in my room after travelling all day. The front desk staff, room service staff and shuttle driver were all lovely and welcoming. Easy shuttle transfer from the airport. Would happily stay here again.

Het personeel in het hotel was heel vriendelijk. Onze 'ober' Mark was echt top! Hij dacht met je mee en deed voorstellen.

On avait un vol tôt le matin, c'est tout près de l'aéroport avec une navette gratuite toutes les 30 mn : c'est ce qu'on recherchait ! Très bon accueil dans ce grand hôtel impersonnel

La chambre était plutôt propre, mais pas les parties communes, elle est bruyante avec le traffic aérien tout proche. L'environnement immédiat de l'hôtel est quelconque. Pas de petit déjeuner pour cause de départ trop tôt et donc pas possible de l'évaluer.

The staff never answered the front desk phone no matter how.many times we called.

Location. Staff are very friendly and quick to accommodate.

Parking spaces are tight. Hallways needed to be vacuumed.

I liked the big comfy beds.

Interesting Modern decor

Swimming pool was closed for repairs but i was never informed of this although i booked 2 weeks in advance. I packed a bathing suit and planned my time with the intention to swim. I was also disappointed by the boring mediocre breakfast. Only quality items were the yoghurt parfaits and the cooked oatmeal. The rest of the food offered was cheap food court quality.

Very convenient places to spend the night at, the shuttle to the airport is a plus and makes everything easier. The restaurant is awesome and breakfast was really good.

Room was a bit small but we just stay for one night so it wasn’t a big deal.

Airport road noise had to pay for full day parking even though we checked in at 11pm ond out by 7:30 am was told at booking morning food and parking was in pakage but still had to pay parking
