Location and shuttle service
The front desk staff were not able to locate our reservation, a call to customer support at Booking.com helped.

Room, bed, cleanliness was great. It is convenient to have breakfast included and at a restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Also having direct access to Starbucks was a convenience.
It was not possible to call the shuttle from the airport. We had to use our cell phones and it was late. The room curtain was not closing properly but we did not mind it for such a short stay.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the spa was amazing and location is close to everything.

It was a perfect location for us, having flown from Australia for 21 hours! We were delighted to have somewhere to stay close to the airport and with free airport shuttle buses!
Despite being close to the airport our room was extremely quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and shower great!
I was pleased to use the laundry after 3 days of travelling and exploring Toronto - they sold washing powder & exchanged money for coins to operate the machines.
Our room was cleaned each day and new towels provided.
We ate on both nights in the restaurant attached to the Doubletree Hilton and my husband got breakfast at the Starbucks on site.
The staff were helpful and polite.
We had trouble with the wifi the entire time we were there! It would not work in our room, nor the lobby, nor Starbucks. We complained several times but nothing could be done.
We did go into the restaurant attached to the property and log onto their wifi.

Staff at desk was rude, spoke to us as if we were wasting their time. Were not clear on how to pay for parking or how to arrange for the airport shuttle. We felt uncomfortable asking them anything after that.

la conexion con el aeropuerto y la rapidez que llegaron a buscarnos, mas la organizacion para el regreso a tomar el vuelo fue muy buena, y respecto de la habitacion era increiblemente comoda como la cama y las almohadas. a nuestro arribo nos regalaron unas cookies calientes exquisitas y teniamos cafe te y leche en la habitacion mas el frigobar. la atencion del personal y el restaurante y el starbucks en el hotel tambien eran un complemento importante

Airport shuttle bus too full both directions, had to wait too long for proximity of hotel. Adds unnecessary travel time.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and the location is perfect. Beds are comfy and overall aesthetic is nice.
We also love that the Keg is right next door!
I don’t like that an additional fee is required for parking.

The wifi connection was very slow unless you purchase an upgrade package.
TV was not working. I received a Service not Available when trying to watch live tv.
There was no hand soap in the bathroom.
Had to pay for parking.
Complained about the paid parking at check in and was informed from the staff that if I had any issues to contact booking.com as that is how I booked my room.
Issues with the exiting parking lot gate after check-out. Gate would not open.

Le personnel.
J’ai oublié mon fer plat USB dans la chambre le matin et quand j’ai appelé la réception le soir ils m’ont dit qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire d’appeler le service de ménage le lendemain ce que j’ai fait de nombreuses fois en laissant des messages mais je n’ai jamais eu de retour. C’est un fer de 400$ que quelqu’un a mis dans ses poches et personne à cet hôtel ne s’en soucie!!

called for wake up call so we could make plane on shuttle.we did not receive the call.when we apprised the desk of the stiuation and barely met the shuttle they applogised ass said some one from management would get in touch with us .no one did we were very disapointed with the overal handingh of this situation and will defiately prepay for a room infuture at any hotel .

Close to the airport and restaurants for a pre trip stay
Pay parking even though we were parking at the park and fly. You have to pay just to check in? What?!!!

I saw 2 cocroaches in the bathroom. In the bathtube there were somebody's hair. The breakfast was with very limited choice
