Location Breakfast Wifi Airport shuttle Staff at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner are very friendly.

Premises outside was dirty (trash not picked up and cigarettes everywhere). Staff at reception are not dressed professionally. There are no usb chargers in the room. Shuttle does not pick up at airport like other hotels without calling.

Location looks ideal as close to airport and next to train station , in theory giving you access to Air Train and train to New York. However there in no street access to the station😮!! Uber drivers also had difficulty accessing location due to the complex road system. (Best way to get to NY is Uber to Newark Penn station) No draft beer at bar

Didn’t really appreciate the very loud noise from party on till 2 am ,and then the receptionist wanting to make me pay for breakfast when it was already included.

My partner and I just needed to stay the night after a very late arrival into Newark before heading home the next morning, and this hotel was a great value for the price. Check-in was easy despite the late hour (1:30am or so), the room was clean, and the bed was fine. The breakfast next morning was included in our stay and was pretty good for a hotel breakfast, and the staff operating it were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, if I need to stay overnight before or after a flight to/from EWR, I would stay here again.

The location is a bit confusing, as it's located directly behind the United Employee Parking Lot. If you're taking a ride share or a taxi, they might have trouble with the GPS, but that's of course out of the hotel's control.

The location was really good for day trips to NY. The shuttle service was convenient until it wasn't. More on that in the dislikes. The continental breakfast was a plus, adequate for our needs.

A couple of notes on the shuttle service. One, it is known to your staff that, though Google shows the train station is just a short walk away, you cannot reach it by walking and must take the shuttle to the airtrain to the station. That should be published somewhere. Two, the shuttle was a real plus until we had to wait an hour at 10pm with a tired family and had to call five times pleading for someone to come and get us, only to have to play a maddening game of telephone with the front counter staff and the driver. Was the one big bump in the road on our stay that nearly soured everything.

Checked out before breakfast. Although fairly close to airport, it was hard to get to and shuttle driver had to get there in a round about way. He was a fine driver though.

Took 1 hr for the shuttle to pick me up from airport. Front desk person wasn’t truthful about when it would arrive at airport. Called at 10:55 pm & wasn’t picked up till almost midnight.

The hotel was very nice lobby, amazing staff

However the rooms smelled very bad and the beds was absolutely horrible. Felt every spring and was sunken in the middle.

The room was clean, comfortable, and seemed newly remodeled. The breakfast was very good.

The parking situation was ridiculous. The lot was incredibly small and hard to manoeuver in. It was also very complicated to get to the hotel in general from the highway.

The breakfast was good and the room were well cleaned.

Three of the receptionist that I talked to seemed mad and with a bad mood. The Spa Tub is really bad.
