Close to cruise terminal

Check in/out was quick. Room was clean and had the amenities we needed. The location was very close to the event we were attending. Breakfast was great. Lots of food options.

The lighting in the room needs to be updated to bright white light bulbs. Didn't care for the yellowish glow, especially when applying make up. Was surprised that the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. Also, there isn't enough parking. We came back to the hotel after 11pm and circled the parking lot twice and there were no parking spaces. We went to the front desk and they allowed us to park in a non-designated parking space along with several other cars that had the same problem.

We were just there overnight for an early outbound flight.

Return shuttle service had a long wait and we almost didn't get our whole party in one van ride. They should have a hotel sign/queue so that a line can form instead of a free-for-all when the van shows up.

Rooms were not clean when we checked in and receptionist told us that housekeeping is on holiday leave and they can’t do anything. Food was tasteless. Will never advise anyone to book this property.

Only one lift working which was very slow. Breakfast items selection.

no pool awful location no way to get to restaurants very easy and no where to get food.

i was charged 17.00 per night to park in the hotel parking lot and after speaking to other guest they were not charged this fee.
